Every time I pass West Hampstead I remember how the most incredible Knitting community shop was evicted because the rent was escalated by 80% and 55% that led to the closure of entire business, and to a big loss to the community! And now that space remained empty for entire year- some Karma for the landlord! I hope you’ll contact the Village Haberdashery owners and would honour them to giving them back this spot!

Peter Wilson was fantastic in his support on a recent lease. He was always free to talk on the phone or email. He even responded on his day off. There was a personal touch about his skill-set which is very rare in all fields nowadays. Even on key collection day, he asked his colleague to wait after hours so I could collect. Whilst the transaction is now complete, he is on hand to support with any landlord questions even though he does not collect rent etc. Highly recommend Peter Wilson and Dutch & Dutch
