GoogleAll the staff we have been in touch with at Dutch and Dutch have been incredibly efficient, attentive and helpful for us. From Huw when we first inquired about our property to Dena who has been looking after us since. The response time is always so much faster than we expect for any issues and we are comforted knowing we can rely on Dutch and Dutch to keep our home safe and in order which is a huge benefit compared to some other agencies we have all dealt with in London. One of the only estate agents I would recommend to people!

I must express my honest opinion that I have never encountered a state agency as organized and professional as Dutch and Dutch. From the day I signed the contract to terminating the lease, Tony, the owner of the agency, personally handled everything with great efficiency and control. GoogleEvery time I pass West Hampstead I remember how the most incredible Knitting community shop was evicted because the rent was escalated by 80% and 55% that led to the closure of entire business, and to a big loss to the community! And now that space remained empty for entire year- some Karma for the landlord! I hope you’ll contact the Village Haberdashery owners and would honour them to giving them back this spot!
We were also sad to see a popular local business leave West Hampstead. Dutch & Dutch were instrumental in helping ensure that Ballymore provided these spaces for independent businesses when they secured planning for the original scheme. We are not however responsible for the success or otherwise of local businesses and feel it is unfair to give us a 1 star review on this basis.

I really like the fact that it's a small branch and James who looked after us grew up in the area. We could contact him at any time and he really helped everything run smoothly. Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself.
