When I was looking to rent out my property, I spoke with over 8 agencies but went with Liam at Draker due to his flexible attitude and convenience of working with them. He did not make me feel that he was just interested in signing me up, but genuinely had a caring approach to make the relationship work for both parties. I have been with them for 1 year and during this year, they have continued to be pragmatic and proactive, helping manage the property in a generous manner.

We booked a viewing with Sam, who greeted us by the entrance being super professional and kind. He gave us a brochure of the flat and went through all necessary details and answered our questions in a great manner! He let us take all the time we needed to feel comfortable before making an offer, we definitely reccomend Sam, best real estate agent we've met in London and we've probably met up to 100 ones.. :)

I’ve recently used Draker in Notting Hill Gate to rent my very precious flat in Palace Gardens Terrace. I felt totally at ease with Mo Kanso the Manager fromOur first meeting. Mo and his team are very professional and caring I trusted them completely. Mo found me a very good Tenant at this difficult time with Covid-19 going on. I felt lucky that my search has been handled by Arshdeep Dang at Draker. He took time to understand my requirements and learned from every discussion we had about the properties we've seen together so every next choice he offered was closer to the "dream home". I believe he was a strong advocate for me as a prospective tenant while collegiately looking after the interest of the landlord. Overall, his approach was professional, considered and intuitive throughout this process (which was ever so much more complicated in the pandemic!) and I would like to thank him and the agency for their support!

I have been renting my flat with Draker for over 10 years, from when they were first starting out, and we have always thought Draker to be the best rental company in London, and have felt so fortunate to have had our flat looked after by them all this time. Their prices for letting fees and managing service is competitive; we have not found anyone who charges less than Draker, and their direct competitors in our area all charge more. Draker has always given us nothing less than exceptional service: sound advice, great attention to detail, professional and reliable service, extra help with things when they come up (and they often do in this business - they even helped us actually move a sofa up a flight of stairs!), and always with genuine care to deliver quality to their clients. The founder, Tim Hassle, is very genuine in his professionalism and care for people and this business, always seeking the best for all parties involved, and that is reflected throughout the company. It has been great to see Draker thrive over the years.
