TrustpilotDraker Lettings and Mo
I have been using Draker Lettings for short term letting for a few years for summer time letting. The agency is full of helpful and proactive agents and I found Mo to be very receptive to my family letting needs and requirements. Mo was spot on in helping us get spacey, contemporary central lettings within my budget. The credit of aligning clean and central letting within budget is a great plus of Mo's.I make it my point to refer my friends and family to Mo for spaces in London for holidaying.Thankful and regard.Zahid Arif

TrustpilotApartment rental review
Draker Lettings is one of the top real estate agencies I’ve ever dealt with. Not only are they professional but they know exactly how to please their customers. I rented an apartment from them in Knightsbridge and May I add that That they really helped us out and did everything really quickly. One of the agents even helped us carry our bags all the way up to our apartment and even when we were moving out. Every time we had any problem at the apartment or a question in regard to anything, all of the agents were more then willing to help my room mate and I solve our problem. I’d like thank them once again!

TrustpilotExcellent service
We started working with the Draker Lettings office at Sloan Square after we had been looking for an apartment in central London for some months. Our agent at Draker Lettings, Mr. Elias Dayub, took the time to sit with us in order to understand what type of property we were looking for and he immediately came up with a few great options. During our first viewing with Mr. Dayub we found a property that suited us very well and he helped us during every step of the renting process in order to secure the property. We are extremely thankful for Mr. Dayub's expertise, experience and patience and we would certainly recommend working with Draker Lettings and with Mr. Dayub in particular, as he really helped us to navigate through the whole renting process, which we were unfamiliar with as we just moved to London from abroad.

TrustpilotFabulous Agent
I had a very positive experience working with Mo Kanso at Draker Lettings. He is the manager for the property we ultimately ended up renting. Mo is the consummate professional and goes above and beyond in his interactions with you. He made what was a very stressful time with moving to another country much more manageable through his kindness and willingness to help in making sure we felt welcomed and settled in our new home. Even after we signed the lease and moved in, Mo made it known to us that he is always there for us should we need any help at all. It's been my previous experience that this is not always the case. This makes Mo unique as he is always there with a smile and willing to go that extra mile to help and support his clients. He also takes the time to get to know you and develop a personal connection. I recommend Mo highly and know he will continue to provide top quality service and satisfaction to his customers!!

TrustpilotSam Tennant - Outstanding Letting Agent!
My experience with Draker Lettings was a delight. For the most part, I dealt with a lady called Sam Tennant.Sam proved herself to be trustworthy, diligent, and willing to go the extra mile in order to accommodate my needs as a customer. At a busy time, and perhaps a tricky customer in myself; I found Sam genuinely wanting to seek the absolute best resolution for my needs, irrespective of what it meant for her; which in this business, was refreshing and rare. A real example to the industry, and a fantastic asset to Draker Lettings. Thanks again Sam.

TrustpilotProfessional. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Empathic.
I rarely write reviews but when Mo asked me to, I did not hesitate. I have rarely seen an estate agent with a partnership approach towards both the landlord and tenant. And, that is what I experienced with Mo and Jordan. Professional. Reliable. Knowledgeable. And, empathic. A quality not readily associated with estate agents but so important when it comes to choosing and letting ones home. A big thank you and a resounding recommendation from me. Lourdes

TrustpilotGeorge Landon at Draker Lettings
I’ve currently been working with George Landon who has been supportive, honest, caring and determined to find me a home. He has been wonderful throughout the process and made me feel confident and hopeful as I’ve nearly given up as I’ve been looking for a home for 3 months now. I would recommend Draker lettings and more specifically George Landon as your estate agent.

TrustpilotDraker won't return deposit
We've been trying to get our deposit back for almost three months. We scrambled to make the deposit so we could move in to a short-term rental when an AirBnB fell through. Draker has gone non-responsive, though.

TrustpilotI was supported well during my search for a flat
I was searching for a flat to stay at during my PhD in London. I came across an advert of a flat managed by Draker and upon writing to them was immediately contacted by their staff member Edward Lloyd, who took on my search as a challenge and with great initiative dove into the market and arranged viewings. His friendly and honest demeanour helped me to get through the process of viewings and decisions with relative ease.
