TrustpilotHighly recommended
As a landlord, I have known Drakers for over 6 years now and I have let my flat twice with them. Having had a point of comparaison with other agencies, I can say that they come way and above any of the other (large) agencies I have used in London.Their service is first class, they are extremely personable, efficient, flexible and professional. Luci has recently been my point of contact and she has been excellent, hard working, flexible, extremely organised and friendly. She knows our flat, the area and our “requirements” and will find you the tenant that is right for you. I also know Jack but also Tim (who have had the opportunity to meet/speak to more than once) and again both are first class. Highly highly recommended!

TrustpilotDraker Lettings gives you everything…
Draker Lettings gives you everything one should get from an agency. Great properties, fantastic transition and simply good care. Samantha, our agent, was genuine and very supportive from the start. She carefully handpicked properties according to our preferences and voila! now we have a new home and couldn't be happier! Samantha and her colleague Mo was very understanding, given the fact that we both work from home, they both remained flexible and understanding. If you need a new home, call Samantha and Mo at Draker Lettings, London. They will sort you out! :)

TrustpilotDraker | Lettings-only agency is the best!
I would definitely recommend using Draker as your letting agent! Mo, the agent who helped me to let my flat was great. He went above and beyond to meet our requests and found a wonderful tenant for our flat. He was very professional and helpful and the whole process ran very smoothly. The real plus is that Draker is a letting-only boutique agency so you are able to find real quality both in terms of properties and people. Well done Mo, keep doing what you are doing!

TrustpilotDrakers are a zesty benchmark!
Draker’s is a thoroughly contemporary in their style of work, able to combine expertise in their field with adequate management style. Transparent both symbolically and literally, they feel confident in handling your issues because yes, they have worked for their reputation. Open morning through night, 99% days of the year, they are accessible and reachable even though never a quiet moment in their office. Yet despite this, and this is what makes them special to me, it is their humane approach which makes up for all the little differences that matter as you go by your routine business. Their way is very much ‘yes I can’ or ‘we will see to it’ because, from what I have known them, they really listen and truly deliver.

TrustpilotSimply the Best
Draker Lettings is singularly the best letting agency in London. They are “soup to nuts”, offering absolutely every service a landlord or tenant will ever need. They are approachable, proactive and ahead of the curve in spotting needs, including legal requirements. They are a safe pair of hands, totally trustworthy and transparent. They take the worry out of lettings. I was introduced to them years ago by a top London-based property solicitor and since then, I have never looked back. Worth every penny.

Barnaby is one of the most responsible agents I came across. Also he is in detail. Well done Barnaby! I used a lot of the agencies before but he is simply the best. Diana

GoogleI recently rented a property through Draker and Elena helped me every step of the process. She’s been incredibly responsive in helping me secure a great flat, and sorting every detail with my new landlords. Highly recommend

TrustpilotJordana is amazing
I had the pleasure of working with Jordana while searching for my future flat and I can't recommend her enough. She was so patient and friendly, but most importantly genuine. As a person who’s lived in many cities within the US and has had two flats while living here in London, I’ve had my share of dodgy letting agents. From our very first introduction call, Jordana instantly made me feel comfortable and I felt like the stress of flat searching may not be as bad as it could be. I’m so happy I was right.

We had a great experience with Draker Lettings which helped my roomates and myself find the right property in September. The quick turnaround and especially Jordana’s help was key for us.

GoogleAlthough we did not end up renting through Draker, I have never met an agent as professional and helpful as John was, and this deserves its own review.

GoogleI had previously let my flat through some of the bigger name agencies. I found them to be complacent - even lazy - and provided a lacklustre service that didn't in any way justify the fees they were charging. My experience with Draker has been revelatory. Hugely professional and efficient, they have provide an excellent service for landlords as well as being very mindful that tenants are looked after well too. I just wish I'd found them years ago. I can't recommend them highly enough.

TrustpilotExcellent service from Mo of Draker Lettings - Notting Hill and Bayswater
I'd highly recommend Mo Kanso, Lettings Manager of Daker Lettings Notting Hill and Bayswater. He is highly professional, efficient, courteous, and very kind.Within a week of engaging with Mo, he managed to find me a very good tenant for my flat in Bayswater / Queensway, and this was within the lockdown period. He kept good communication throughout, reminded me of all the required documents and the tenants loved him as well. He took the extra effort to help me move stuff to the storage since it became difficult to get a taxi in this period. I cannot recommend him enough.
