Super quick and friendly assistance from Draker!Happened to stumble upon the listing late on a Friday afternoon and got in touch with Arabella who sent me a very helpful video that showed me the flat ahead of our viewing on the Monday. She was very friendly and did everything she could to get all my questions answered so I could confirm my interest before it went off the market. It was such a lucky find so I'm super glad she was able to help. I then coordinated with her and Mo who was very helpful and responsive too. Looking forward to the move!

I have worked with Mo Kanso of Draker on two occasions recently and had a really good experience. Draker knows the area incredibly well, so can direct you to the perfect place for you. More important in my view, Mo is completely on top of the details, from financial arrangements to utility hand-overs. Many firms are just interested in the deal, not the follow-through. I really appreciate that level of personal commitment.

Friendly & Professional

I had a lot of poor experiences with other London-based real estate agents before I first encountered Draker Lettings, so much so that I had come to expect the same sub-optimal service by default from every real estate agent I talked to. Luckily, this was not at all the case for Draker Lettings. The agent I had was Ben Spanton - he was quick to lock down the property for me and get the papers in order. Additionally, he was always easy to get a hold of via phone call or text, which was much appreciated whenever we needed any questions answered. The whole experience felt very professional.

Absolute professionals and better than the rest

Absolute professionals and go out of their way to assist. Also, I gave the job to other (I think bigger firms) and Draker came back with three offers! While the others didn't come back with one. I love that Mo is on hand at any point (even at off hours to assist) he (as I assume they all are) are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and professional. They were really good at filtering the weird tenants and finding me the right ones and the whole process of getting gas and electrical certificates couldn't have been easier thanks to them. Really pleased I responded to the advert letter that came through the door.

DRAKERS THE SUPERB AGENCY

I’ve been renting as a landlord for 50 years and also a tenant, and Drakers, and Mo Kanso in particular, has proved to be the most efficient of operators. I’m a very particular contract sort of guy of legal and engineering background and Mo has proved he can deal methodically with all matters I raise relating to rentals, administrative and technical both large and small with such attention to detail which is so admirable. I’m an early bird and responses from Mo are generally in by 7am.

Very bad experience and disappointing

Very bad experience. Unsatisfied I have payed in advance for a flat and when I arrived to my surprise there was no water the heating does not work and the lamp in the room does not work either. And now it has been one week and none of them has been fixed and they even provide me a place where to stay, thus I’m currently staying in hotel with my own money!

Avoid Draker if you're a tenant

Truly awful experience from Draker Lettings. We made an offer and had it accepted by the landlord. Our agent Jordana told us that we had to sign the contract and pay a deposit and the first months rent immediately to ensure we could secure the property. We signed and paid £5.6k, thinking the property was ours. Little did we know, the agent continued showing the property to other tenants after we had signed and paid, aiming to get higher offers. After hearing nothing for 2 days, we found out that a higher offer had been presented to the landlord and taken.Only an estate agent would feel comfortable reneging on a signed agreement to maximise their own commission.If you are a tenant, AVOID DRAKER LETTINGS
