I popped into Draker Lettings just after a viewing near the Fulham Road and was getting quite tired of the whole viewings and letting process in London. It’s been a very busy time in the London market but unfortunately that’s given some agents the motivation to make the process more difficult for prospective tenants. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the agent in Drakers, Jordan, really sit down and listen to what I was after. Even more refreshing was the service I received over the next few days, with plenty of follow up and being thorough with checking in. I was looking for something immediately available so sadly couldn’t go ahead and let through Drakers, but the level of service I received made me want to! I will definitely return if am looking in the market again and recommend to others looking for a professional, yet personalised, experience.

Draker are the best in their field and I cannot imagine using anyone else when it comes to finding a tenant. Joanna Grant, possibly the best negotiator I have ever had, has made my last search for a tenant particularly pleasant (in the midst of the pandemic!). She is a pleasure to deal with and understands the parties’ needs, whether it is the landlady’s or the prospective tenants’. In doing so she kept a perfect balance during the negotiations making sure she did close the deal leaving both sides satisfied with the end results. All in all a very professional, thorough, friendly and personable negotiator. Next time I need to find a tenant I will make sure she takes the lead on the transaction. Once again many thanks!

It looked like a good agency but unfortunately the moment we got the apartment and transferred the money, it all went downhill. It is unclear if Draker Lettings as a whole is unreliable and an agency that leaves a lot to be desired or if we simply had bad luck with the agents we were assigned. A month in and, amongst other things such as a poor cleaning, we are still waiting for the number of broken items to be fixed, which were identified before our let began (Draker manages the property for the landlord).

Super quick and friendly assistance from Draker!Happened to stumble upon the listing late on a Friday afternoon and got in touch with Arabella who sent me a very helpful video that showed me the flat ahead of our viewing on the Monday. She was very friendly and did everything she could to get all my questions answered so I could confirm my interest before it went off the market. It was such a lucky find so I'm super glad she was able to help. I then coordinated with her and Mo who was very helpful and responsive too. Looking forward to the move!
