GoogleD & G Battersea have rented my flat out for over 20 years. I have never had any problems with them and they have consistently given both me and my tenants great service. I have rarely had gaps between tenancies thanks to them, and each time a tenancy changes they take charge of the process and manage the whole transaction smoothly. GoogleUnfortunately D&G didn't end up acting for me, another agent beat them to it, however from the million agents who I did try and deal with, these guys were the only 2 worth noting. Estate agents have a pretty bad reputation of not listening to what requirements you tell them, answering your requests, calling back when you ask for viewings, knowing their job...list goes on. D&G are not on the realm of Estate Agents, they are more property consultants. Emily has either been trained well or she is just naturally gifted. She listens to your needs, contacts your regularly to see how you're getting on with your search and shows up to viewings! A great asset for the company (she also deserves a huge pay rise!!) Will sure to to get in touch for my next property.

GoogleI have been an overseas client of Douglas & Gordon for over 15 years and have never had to worry about my property for a moment. The staff is amazing, go out of their way to help. To name a few as there are many more: Amanda D on the management side, Jane T in accounts, Jon W, James P and Sasha O on the rental side. Everyone is great including the reception desk answering the phone calls! Feel very safe with D&G.

GoogleThis weekend my boyfriend and I managed to lock ourselves out of our flat (and therefore our car!) as we were packing up our belongings ready to move out. We couldn't have expected anyone from D&G to respond at 5pm on a Sunday, but we were very fortunate that Torie (Victoria Lear) had her phone on - she texted back immediately, and met us at the Battersea Park office within 10 minutes to lend us the management keys for the property. What could have become a stressful evening was very quickly solved - we are very grateful to Torie for her help and her willingness to go above and beyond!

GoogleI'd like to thank my letting agent, Emily, for all the help during the whole renting process. She's very responsive and kind. Due to this pandemic, house viewing becomes very difficult, but Emily has tried her best to give me the a full virtual tour of the property. GoogleI have been meaning to write this for a few days, but we have been extremely busy with the purchase of our new home. We couldn't have done it without Roberto Albrecht who was so patient but steady in helping this negotiation to go through. We were used to America , but Roberto explained the differences and made calls when he needed to. Getting everyone on the same page takes a lot of megotiating skill and he was gracious. Kesha Foss-Smith, the Manager, has a lovely team and everyone steps in to help make the procedure go smoothly. Maybe, they should run for Parliament! Thank you, Douglas and Gordon, Battersea Park.!
