GoogleWhat a fantastic service from some really great people. The hunt is stressful enough without having to deal with agents phoning up 15 times a day. I was assigned the services of Harriet Brandon. She was very easy to talk too and completely understood what I was going through, and actually listened to my requirements. I asked her not to ring me, but instead only email - and guess what, she was the only agent that actually did this!! (thank you Harriet). I viewed a handful of properties with her. She was very un-pushy and always arrived on time. It was an absolute pleasure hunting through D&G, not something I would say about most estate agencies. I'm sorry that I found what i was looking for elsewhere, though I wish you all the best. Many thanks!

GoogleDouglas and Gordon has been an absolute pleasure to search for Flats with. I have nothing but praise, especially for Maude Melton who was absolutely on it throughout. Constantly keeping us up to date, being really timely with responses, and finding a property for us which we absolutely love! All while being extremely friendly and answering our millions of questions. There are so many estate agents that can be extremely tricky to deal with, but I have felt that D&G have been extremely professional throughout and am confident that we'll have a great experience with our tenancy. GoogleIt’s not about Douglas and Gordon Battersea only. It’s about Will Hunter at Douglas and Gordon. We have been “house-hunting” for 6 months and we dealt with a lot of real estate agents from several companies. Will is different. He is polite, courteous and very professional. He was always approachable and ensured the transaction ran smoothly, establishing a positive link between the previous owners and us. He facilitated all sort of last minute requests, providing a high standard of service. We hope we don’t have sell the property we bought anytime soon, and if we do so, we’ll probably look for Will Hunter to market it for us and manage the negotiation.

GoogleI had used a couple of estate agents to try and sell my property before moving to D&G and they were the best by far and managing to sell my property! There were a couple of blockers faced during the sale process, however Tom and Georgia couldn't have been more helpful, always responsive and professional throughout to ensure that the sale went through. I would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of working with Max from Douglas & Gordon. He was the only Estate Agent that listened to what we needed and tailored his approach to those needs. He was able to tick all of the boxes and find as viewings that had only just come on the market, allowing us to view and offer early. His communication was great, happy to jump on the phone or whatsapp whenever necessary. We were able to find our dream apartment and with Max's help, we were even able to negotiate on the price.
