GoogleThis was our first move within London on our own as we had a relo agent manage the first one. Unsure of where to even start and disappointed by properties that looked amazing on line and scary in person, Emily replied to me on an inquiry. Rather than simply add me to a generic email list, Emily took the time to send me a handful of properties that met my criteria and offered to take me around to all of them. She was the first agent who proactively offered help and support and took the extra step to help us find a property. Once we did, she was responsive and professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Waiting for the lender was extremely painful but the team at D&G were very patient and not pushy like I have experienced with other estate agents.
