My experience with Douglas & Gordon was outstanding from start to finish. I've had probably 50 odd enquiries with agents over the past few months, and D&G by far were the most efficient and loveliest people to deal with. The agents, Max in particular, made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much to ask for. He took us round the property on video as we're all out of London at the moment, and showed us every inch of the property, taking the time to make sure we were all happy. He answered every single one of my (very many) calls, and updated me regularly throughout the process, I felt so reassured with the negotiations in his hands. Special thanks to Max and Charlotte who are the only reason we've just secured our perfect home, they really advocated for us in negotiations and I never knew how easy the process could be when you have such an efficient team like the D&G team on your side.
