GoogleStephen Kerr gave me some great property advice for the Battersea area. It’s not somewhere I had looked into before as a first time buyer, but he explained the potential of the area with the redevelopment of the powestation and new tube lines being put in place. He’s also given me plenty to think about with regards to my search. Really friendly and approachable.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe worked with Emily on our property search near Battersea Park and she was very supportive and professional. Emily lined up 4 flats to view in one morning and was organised and on time. She follows up promptly via email/phone and is very reliable. Thank you Emily for great support!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDouglas & Gordon has always been on top of my list for all the real estate searches we have done in London. It is a guaranteed recommendation for friends too. Yet another success with Sam Okojie for the past 2 weeks. He is patient, kind, helpful and very responsive. Thank you!

GoogleDouglas & Gordon made the whole process of looking for a place to rent so much easier than I thought it would be. They worked hard to find us a place that suited our needs. The thing appreciated the most was that they (Annabel and her colleagues) listened carefully to our requirements and then showed us places that fitted the bill.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleReally fantastic, warm and professional service provided by D&G Battersea Park Office when purchasing a flat through them. As a first time buyer, they went above and beyond supporting me through the process. I found Hattie & team to be extremely pro-active when pushing through to exchange and completion. Not the standard estate agent and found my engagement with the office to be really personable and trusting.

GoogleI both bought and sold properties through the Battersea Office. They are a really great team - they were extremely professional throughout the entire process and helped navigate all parties (owners, tenants and solicitors) through all hurdles as we progressed though the buying and selling processes. I would highly recommend Hannah, Beth and their team.

GoogleWill Hunter at D&G has just helped us through buying a new house in Battersea. We had a rather drawn out experience as the exchange on the sale of our house was delayed - Will was a great help shepherding us through the process, and keeping the purchase on track through all the delays.

My experience with Douglas and Gordon was perfect!
Very nice and professional people that immidiately understood which type of flat my boyfriend and me were looking for! Among all the agencies I have contacted they have been by far the most efficient and thanks to Maude Melton we found the perfect place!

GoogleGreat agency! Very professional, especially, the agent we worked with, Sam.
What I liked most is that he showed us not only one apartment that we signed up for but everything that they had in the same price range and that met our requirements.
Recommend for sure!

GoogleWe were new to the UK and ended up working with Emily at the Battersea office to find out first apartment. After meeting with 4-5 different agents, it was a refreshing change to work with an agent who was fast to respond and always put our interests as her top priority. Would be pleasure to work with her and the D&G team in the future.

GoogleFantastic service! Out of all the estate agents in the Clapham/Battersea area, they were exceptional in regards to the experience they provided, their portfolio (which was the best we found) and their staff (Especially their Agent, Annabel) provided a very personal and professional experience that drew us in as prospective tenants. Would recommend them to all my friends in the future.PositiveQuality

GoogleWorst service imaginable - wasn't even serviced. Sent 2 enquiries in to view a property. Said I had to be emailed because of work commitments. No one even bothered to contact me, even after 2 attempts to get in contact with them requesting a viewing.
Obviously have an opinion about people that request email.
Wouldn't sell with them as positive leads don't get answered.
