Can’t recommend this state agency highly enough , Alex in particular did exceed my expectation, he was responsive, professional and extremely hard working.when I request something I considered it done at the quickest time possible, despite his busy schedule in the high demanding period of the year, he never let me down. I would recommend him and his respective agency for any sale agreement .PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I've just bought a property with Melody at D&G. She was always very easy to contact and quick to respond. I also found her to be great at negotiating between myself and the seller and once my offer was accepted, keeping the process moving along to exchange. I also really valued her expert knowledge on the building and the area. Really happy, I highly recommend D&G Chelsea and Melody.

Megan was a life saver. We were in a hurry to find a place in South Ken and Douglas Gordon had the best properties to show us. We found our ideal home within a couple of days thanks to them. Wish we had gone to them first, would have saved us a lot of time and effort.

The Douglas and Gordon Chelsea office, have been fantastic to work with. From my first encounter with Hannah, both she and her colleagues have been professional, responsive, and always willing to help, give advice, and always go the extra step to getting the job done. They are non-negotiable on fees, but I now understand why, they are great at what they do and they deliver results.PositiveProfessionalism

We were looking for an apartment this autumn and were fortunate to work with Ed, who was very helpful, he showed us quite a few options although the time frame was limited. The apartment Ed found for us is lovely, very nice area too. Would definitely use D&G again, although we may not need to very soon, as generally we are happy about the apartment.

Having visited London for over 50 years, I was delighted to work with Douglas & Gordon Chelsea. Ed Barr-Sim listened carefully to my requirements and showed me flats with good value. He pointed out local spots of interest, sharing an insider's knowledge of Chelsea, South Kensington, and Battersea. If you are searching to rent or buy in SW1, SW11, London I would recommend stopping by this office.

Jo did a first rate job in showing us properties in our chosen category (studios in SW3). Although she did not have the property we finally bought on her books, we could not have asked for more in terms of seeing available options and getting a fuller market perspective. An impressive sales effort.

I loved working with Doug Fordyce with Douglas & Gordon Chelsea. He helped us find the absolute perfect flat for us and our two dogs. He was so personable, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He answered every question we had along the way (and there were many!) with incredible promptness. It was a pleasure!

My partner and I had a seamless experience finding our flat with Douglas and Gordon. This was no easy task, as not only did we have crazy schedules, but I was also abroad during the process. Our agents, Hannah and Louise, were steadfastly insightful, accommodating, thoughtful, and absolute delights. Our new home is perfect, thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hannah McDougall has been incredibly helpful in trying to let our flat during this last Covid year. She has managed to secure a number of viewings by potential tenants and has passed on useful feedback. Following her suggestions as to how to reconfigure the flat, we have now secured a satisfactory letting. Many thanks, HannahPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
