GoogleI met Katie when I got a job offer from London right before the pandemi to find a place to live. Later, there have been delays on the h&r processes and visa, unfortunetely. Katie, was always there providing information about the rentals, and keeping me up to date. This also helped me to feel better during this waiting period and allowed me to make plans on this difficult times for my new home. She is both friendly and professional. GoogleI have only been dealing with Alexander Neale (sales) for a few weeks but I have been very impressed with his approach and professionalism. He is patient and takes on board my requirements and adapts his search as such. It is really good working with someone who knows the market and is happy to provide advice. In addition the mortgage broker they recommended also seems to be to a good standard. The team really listened to our requirements and advised us accordingly, they took time to explain the process which we were new to. The team let our apartment within 24 hours for a full asking price and we could not have been more pleased with the effort and the work that was put in. GoogleWe have had a very positive experience working with D&G when we decided to rent out our house. Compared with other agents, they seem far more transparent and have always been enthusiastic with good communication. During the viewings process we dealt with a lot of the lettings team, who were all charming. Hannah manages a great team and has been very helpful guiding us through the process. We have now exchanged 2 weeks after putting the house on the market, thanks to them finding suitable tenants and Katie rapidly moving through the last few steps of the process.
