My experience working with Douglas and Gordon to find a property was excellent. I worked with Douglas who was able to offer me a very personal service and really went the extra mile to find the best property for me. I would highly recommend working with D&G when searching for a property in Chelsea.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

The best decision I made was to rent my property through Douglas and Gordon, having used another agency historically. In particular my recent dealings with Ed Barr-Sim have been excellent. Communicative, positive, helpful and pro-active he’s helped me navigate some issues with the flat and created an outcome I was really pushing for. Thank you Ed and D&G!

Chris Howard achieved the sale of our London flat with capable efficiency, considerable expertise and tremendous drive. We could not have asked for a more helpful or more pleasant agent. We cannot thank him enough.

No regard for their customers! They are a week late paying me my rent! Mortgage has gone out and been left having to use an over draft! No one seems really to care! Basically been told not their fault and it will arrive when it arrives!! Doubt that would fly if it was me owing them rent!! I have had to take to social media to try get a response from them!

Had the pleasure of working with Doug from Douglas and Gordan a couple of months ago. I had just moved to the UK and Doug helped me navigate the rental market, knew instantly what I was looking for and showed me a very targeted selection of flats. Couldn't recommend more!

Douglas & Gordons estate agents are very kind and always happy to help. Beatrice Rooney showed us some houses around Chelsea and I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism.

We have worked with Douglas & Gordon for some time now and can honestly say they are one of our best clients. Working with Evangeline White, the senior office manager, has been a pleasure and we hope to continue providing Cleaning Services for them for a long time!

my Viewing with Ed was a great experience. Often estate agents seem rushed and under prepared but Ed could not have been more armed with all the right info and asked all my questions and really allowed me time to look around. I wish more estate agents were like Ed.

We entered D&G without making any appointments and received an exceptional service nonetheless. We've been to several rental agencies around, but none can match the quality of assistance Danny provided. Although we had a (very) limited time for property viewings, he arranged everything for the same day and in line with our budget constraints, location preferences, etc. More, he's extremely kind, understanding, and approachable. He also took care of all the paperwork, so the entire rental process was really smooth. Thank you so much!
