Those that deal with getting you in the door i.e. the lettings team are good (understandably so!!). The property management side, however, is appalling. They are slow, unprofessional and have out of offices on 24/7. Even though the landlord was paying for the property to be managed, it was his own builders that were the ones coming out to us when there was a problem- D&G "managing" these issues meant they took 10x longer. Ensure you are ready for a deposit battle at the end as well - they supported the landlord in trying to take 50% of our deposit away when they were the negligent ones in not forwarding our photos and comments from the beginning of our tenancy in time. We got 95% back through TDS. I'd think carefully before renting a property managed by them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Leah helped me through the process of purchasing my flat. She's been great at helping in the search and narrowing down exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect flat that ticket every box. We’ve been searching for a short term flat for a couple of months and hands down Douglas and Gordon in Clapham were the best people to deal with. Efficient, helpful and really got what we wanted. Rory Cullen from Douglas and Gordon has been an extremely helpful agent. He takes time to explain the process of making offers despite having a very busy schedule. He was really transparent and as a buyer we were very grateful. The buying process can be quite stressful and often estate agents can make you feel uncomfortable. So having someone who appears decent and honest was massively appreciated. We learnt a lot from Rory just through various viewings he arranged for us. We would highly recommend him as an agent to work with.

I had a full day of viewings and my last one of the day was with Leah. She was the most genuine estate agent i had met all day/ ever. You can tell she genuinely cares what you are looking for. Even though she has back to back viewings every day, Leah spent the time going through all the details in the apartment, like opening up all the storage spaces and windows which i really appreciated and made a difference.
