GoogleOur experience of D&G was really great. We had been looking for a new flat for a while and had had some bad experiences with other estate agents and landlords recently so working with them was a breath of fresh air. We worked specifically with Sam Toufique who has been amazing. He took me around to see four different properties including one which I hadn't even requested a viewing for and that one ended up being the one that we are moving in to. Without his generosity in taking the time to take me to a property that he felt I would like we would not have found our new home. Since then Sam and the whole team have been very helpful and clear in the next steps to get done, including summary emails and reminder texts. When I rang the manager Guy with a question he found out what he could and got back to me the same day .They have made this a much simpler and less stressful process.
Hi Jamie, thanks for this terrific review! We really appreciate your recommendation of Sam. Congratulations on your new home! Best wishes from the Douglas & Gordon team in Clapham

GoogleGeorgia was extremely helpful when dealing with me! She managed to value my property £120,000 more than any other agent had! I honestly couldn't be happier! Thanks again for the amazing service!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were so pleased to have found D&G Abbeville Road, especially their bright northern star Leah. OMG. We were the London flat hunters from abroad with the cacophony of our adult children in London looking at flats with us. Sometimes we were 3 people looking at the flat with 3 sets of questions, 3 sets of opinions and of 3 sets of feedback! Leah did not freak. After viewing a few flats together she quickly identified our taste in flats, and value markers, which made our viewings with her increasingly efficient. Eventually we found the flat that matched us perfectly, on Abbeville Road no less! All the viewings paid off in the end.
Dear Mike, we are delighted to hear your feedback! Thank you for your lovely recommendation of Leah, we really do appreciate this! Best wishes from everyone at Douglas & Gordon

GoogleI had such a delightful experience working with Ms Georgia. Her knowledge of the area of apartments were outstanding , she went over and beyond to make me feel supported through the process and I respected her transparency. I felt coached throughout each phase and she remained professional whilst feeling like I found a new best friend. I have my dream apartment now and I still pinch myself. I owe it all to her. I strongly recommend asking for Georgia when you visit D & G!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI was very impressed with D&G right from the beginning. Very professional but also very enthusiastic. Leah Nesbitt who saw through the sale of my flat was really helpful as I don’t have a computer so came to my flat with documents to sign. She was dealing with my lease therefore was having to deal with the management company as well as everything else. She was always calm and calmed me down when I was stressed! I would definitely recommend Douglas & Gordon.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleGeorgia did everything she professed to do, and more. We initially thought it regular agents’ sales bravado, typical spiel and empty promises but no, she can do everything she promises -within weeks. Georgia keeps to her word, works night and day to a very thorough standard. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always upbeat and positive. I cannot speak highly enough of her. An excellent sales woman.

GoogleThe stresses and strains of moving house will always be there, what makes them bearable is the professional nature of your agent. Leah Nesbitt from the initial listing to packing up to move was totally invested in the process and our well being. While those around her lost their heads ;-) she remained calm, always kept us informed and always had a gentle word of good advice to give. We felt we were in safe hands and made a new friend.

GoogleAfter trying alternative agencies and not getting a single viewing, we decided to go with D&G based on the proactive and very reassuring engagement from Charlotte and the team. With 4 days of signing up, we had ay least 8 viewings and two offers with a great outcome. Id like to commend Charlotte and the D&G Abbevile team for the responsiveness, engagement and professionalism. Highly recommended!

GoogleWhen we were looking for somewhere new to live, we were shown a property that had just come onto the market without seeing any pictures or reading about it online. It was only by chance we managed to see it on the day. That property is now our new home and we couldn't be happier with it! All thanks and credit go to Gemma Stephenson who showed us around that day and right up until our move was more than helpful, reliable and friendly making us feel really well looked after. Thank you for everything Gemma and the D&G Team !!!
Dear Dan, many thanks for taking the time to write this great review and we are so glad you are happy with your new home! Best wishes from everyone at D&G
