GoogleVery professional service from Luke and Henry. If you want your property to be sold in Clapham - use Douglas and Gordon. The service was excellent. We were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Selling a house is a very stressful event, but the team at Douglas and Gordon especially Luke and Henry, who we dealt with, put our minds at ease.

She took on board all of my requirements and showed me a number of properties that I really liked, including a couple I wouldn't have expected to want to see but I'm glad I took her word for! She was stood there waiting for us at every viewing with a great big smile, was incredibly professional and just a really lovely person. If you're looking for a property in Clapham, ask for Leah.

GoogleWe recently instructed our house in Clapham Park with the D&G Clapham branch. We were very impressed when Hattie from their East Putney branch drove one of her cash buyers over to see the house and we had agreed the sale within 2 weeks at a price we were very happy with! I don’t think you’d get this service from any other agent in our area. The Clapham office and the East Putney office worked together and handled the sale efficiently and effectively and we had a really good experience. I had heard that the market was difficult and that selling is stressful but from our experience with D&G I can honestly say that our sale was simple and stress free. They went above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs and communicated with all parties really well. A good job done by D&G! Thank you.

GoogleExcellent Agency & service. I contacted this agency to help with a property search. They promptly listened to me and were in contact. Gemma Stephenson , one of the agents drove me to the properties for viewing, she answered all my questions and was kind and honest all the time. She was always chasing me and updating me about properties and options when I had no time at all to look for properties. They have excellent customer service. They will help you find what you are looking for! Unfortunately they had few properties available so I did not rent with them. I would recommend their services. Gemma S. changed my mind about property agents and agencies, she was kind, attentive, professional, honest and has excellent customer service.
