GoogleMy property was on the market for one day, and i received multiple offers. We ended up letting it above asking price to great tenants. Chris and Kelly took care of everything in what was a very straightforward and stress-free process. Would highly recommend to any landlord looking to rent their property in the area.

GoogleBig thanks to Gemma at the D&G (Abbeville Road office). Having dropped-in to many real estate agents, Gemma was the first to offer us not only a seat, but a drink as well. You could tell that Gemma really wanted to understand what it was we were looking for in a property and she demonstrated this when she contacted us a few days later with a property that was a perfect match. The service we received before, during and after the rental process has been top-shelf and I couldn't recommend Gemma and the team highly enough.

GoogleIncredible service from this office. Stephanie was a true professional throughout our search for a 2 bed in the Clapham area. She responded promptly to all our correspondences, notified us when new properties became available and went out of her way to accommodate our schedules at short notice. Although we didn't end up renting with D&G, our experience with Stephanie and Charlotte was above and beyond all other estate agents we dealt with (and we dealt with many!). Highly recommend D&G and this office in particular. Stephanie will be my first point of call when I look for my next property. Stephanie - a big thank you for your time, hard work and enthusiasm :)

GoogleIt was last August when Douglas and Gordon helped us find a flat to rent, but I guess it's never too late to share a review. Gemma was great from the very beginning of our property search. She was in regular communication with us, understood our criteria and showed us quite a few properties. She is a very enthusiastic, helpful and lovely person to engage with. We were very happy with her and the service provided. Thank you again. Sylvie & Anthony.

GoogleI just had to share my experience I had today with Douglas and Gordon. I was viewing a property in Abbeville Village with the lovely agent Leah. We walked there from her office, and while we were in the flat the heavens opened and it started to pour with rain. Leahs office manager Bronwyn walked round to the flat (by the way she is wearing a cast on her leg so this probably wasn't too easy) with a huge umbrella to walk us back!!! She knew we didn't have one so she came to rescue us! It was honestly the nicest thing I've ever experienced from an estate agent, it's not what you expect and she went so above and beyond for me/us. Thank you Bronwyn for saving me and Leah from the rain!! I can't recommend D & G Clapham highly enough, such a friendly and genuine team. Thanks so much
