Douglas and Gordon London reviews

I had the pleasure of viewing some flats with Gemma from the Clapham Office a little while ago. She was super friendly, whilst also being professional at the same time. Whilst on the viewings, Gemma informed me about the market, without seeming pushy. Sadly I did not find a flat through D&G, but I will definitely recommend Gemma, and D&G to my family and friends. Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of walking in to Douglas and Gordon Clapham earlier today. It was so refreshing to be greeted by such friendly staff members. I had spent the day walking around Clapham with many agents not letting me in. Georgia and Lauren were more than happy to help me with my property search and were able to take me to see a property straight away.

Rebecca was great - both friendly and professional. She took on board what I was looking for and organised tours of a few different properties at a time which was good for getting a sense of the area and understanding what was in my price range. Much better than the typical estate agent experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sam was absolutely amazing, his response time was extraordinary and the properties he found were just stellar. His service is classy- he never wasted our time with flats that were unsuitable, personal - he really took the time to understand our needs and possible hesitations; and super efficient- he doesn't sleep lol!!. That's more than I hoped for:)) I can wholeheartedly recommend his services.

First time using this company and I was really impressed. Charlotte Sweeney was brilliant and went above and beyond to find me some super new tenants. Charlie Scott deserves a mention as he was very professional, proactive and full of energy. Overall my experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend and the staff mentioned are a real credit to this company. Thankyou so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Leah at D&G made the recent purchase of my flat in Clapham a stress-free and exciting process. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream property, accommodate my schedule with viewings, and was there every step of the way with answers and updates when I needed them. I can't recommend Leah, and the D&G team highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Absolutely recommend Douglas and Gordon. We dealt with Leah Nesbitt for the sale of our flat, and she is beyond fantastic. She’s prompt with replies and always kept us up to date every step of the way. We were in a bit of a lengthy chain, and she tirelessly worked to make sure everything aligned with all the solicitors and other agents.

Very impressed with the level of service provided by Gemma at D&G. Communicative from the offset, Gemma took time to understand the requirements for our property search, found us an appropriate property and got the tenancy signed within a matter of days. Gemma was refreshingly proactive and has genuinely redefined the level of service I'd look for in future property searches.

Georgia was relentlessly proactive about completing our deal by the stamp duty deadline. Knowing she had a lot of deals on her plate at once, she still gave her full attention and prompt response even on days when moving house herself! D&G Clapham are a reliable force to be reckoned with when buying and selling your home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Can’t thank Gemma and the D&G team in Clapham enough for working relentlessly to make our move seamless. They took so much pressure off us moving to the UK from Ireland. The process was transparent and made personal- which tends to be difficult to find when working with letting agencies. I couldn’t recommend them enough and we are delighted with our new place they secured for us.

Could not recommend D&G more highly. Leah and Georgia went above and beyond to secure my sale. When my buyer pulled out, they put in so much time and effort to ensure that they found another suitable buyer quickly so that we didn't lose out on our onward sale. They are so professional, responsive and genuinely really great people. Thank you Leah & Georgia!

The energy of the D&G team is brilliant, as a landlord I use both the sales and lettings departments. A few months ago, Catalina swiftly found some fantastic tenants for a 2 bed in SW11, the deal went through so smoothly, leaving both me as a landlord super happy together with satisfied tenants. Great job, Cati! Keep up the good work D&G!

Dealing with D&G Clapham has been amazing from the very start - from getting in to see a property very quickly with the lovely Gemma, through to signing the lease and the move in, the team has been responsive and helpful. They've made moving house an easy experience - if only they could come and pack the boxes now!

My property was on the market for one day, and i received multiple offers. We ended up letting it above asking price to great tenants. Chris and Kelly took care of everything in what was a very straightforward and stress-free process. Would highly recommend to any landlord looking to rent their property in the area.
