Douglas & Gordon have been letting out our flat in Southfields for a few years now. Time and again, without fail, they have rapidly found new and excellent tenants and minimised any fear we may have had about having the flat empty. Alex Dowding and his team clearly work hard and efficiently to carry out suitable viewings and they have always kept me up to date with regular phone calls and emails. I totally trust him, and his team and cannot recommend them highly enough. They may not be the very cheapest out there but they are quality and if quality is what you want then you can't go wrong with Douglas & Gordon.

Jack was really helpful with our search and was brilliant at his job. Although we put in an offer through another person, I would definitely recommend Jack and Douglas & Gordon for their professionalism. What really stands out is that he paid attention to our needs & requirements. He gauged from the 1st few viewings what we really liked / disliked, etc! As most first time buyers, this isn't very clear! And with the second set of viewing he showed us flats & houses just as we'd expect. He didn't waste any time and oh, he is super entertaining! We are newbies to SW, and it is always helpful to speak to someone who's absolutely local to the area! Getting reviews & insights of a place from a person is just so much comforting that reading reviews online...

Selling a property whilst living in a different country than it is located in is a bit daunting - different ways, different rules aplay than those you are used to. But finding Jack Edington at Douglas and Gordon Southfields has made worries go away. Right from the first contact he has given us the information we needed to get started and he made the estamation of the flat's value within days of having contacted him. When we need answers to our questiones he always calls or mailis back as soon as he can. He also helped us with advice for the clearance of the flat as that was needed before any viewings to buyers could be made. Being able to meet Jack Edington in person at the Soutfields office when signing the agreement was as pleasent as meeting over the telephone.
