GoogleWe found Douglas and Gordon through enquiring about properties via Rightmove. Keelan was very swift and managed to show us 5-6 properties in one day and provided us with the offer form immediately. He was then very quick in processing our offer and we are very grateful for his negotiating it successfully. Post acceptance Keelan has been good at promoting us as and when outstanding forms need signing but there have been a couple of instances of disorganisation: unsure of exactly what was included in the property and getting our move in date slightly incorrect in email correspondence which needed clarifying. No harm done and we would definitely look to use Douglas and Gordon in the future.

Their professional and friendly service appealed to us immediately and this has been backed up by the rental process, which has been smooth and completely hassle free. Each and every Douglas and Gordon marketed property we were notified of matched our search criteria and so the refined nature of their recommendations was another big plus. Toby was a fantastic person to work with throughout our signing process- he was really relaxed, informative and not at all pushy, which made it easy for us to make an informed and independent decision on the property. We would recommend Douglas and Gordon to anyone who is wishing to rent in London, and we would especially recommend Toby as your agent!
