GoogleWe rent out two properties through Douglas and Gordon at the Southfields Office and they have always been exceptionally efficient in their selection of candidates and the letting process. Alex is really nice to deal with and I always recommend him as the person to go to if you want to rent out a property hassle free. We have never had any voids and he is really helpful when it comes to advising on décor and things that need doing whilst being mindful of budgets.

GoogleMy consultant, Isabella, was superb. She understood my search criteria and absolutely nailed my requirement on the first property she showed me. From the first offer through to the point at which I collected my keys, Isabella was with me every step of the way. Overall, Douglas and Gordon took the stress out of what is ordinarily a very stressful event. Having since met the previous owner of the property, I know they were equally impressed with the experience. I would highly recommend their service.

GooglePersonal, professional, polite and refreshingly with a good code of ethics. We found D&G to be a pleasure to deal with. When things began to get a little sticky in negotiations with the end of the chain they were professional and open throughout and worked hard to find a solution for all parties in what felt a very balanced and fair way. Given how stressful buying, selling or renting a property is I would recommend them without question - service of this quality certainly made things much more pleasant throughout and that is hard to put a price on. Thanks Imogen and Maddie. You were excellent.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. I dealt with Alex Dowding in relation to renting our house in Southfields. I contacted four agents and met them all at our home. Alex stood out as highly professional and very much in touch with his market. He has worked in Southfields for quite some time and built up an excellent list of clients and contacts. He takes a long term view in relation to fees and I liked this. I felt our interests were aligned and he'd take good care of things during the period of the rental. It was a very easy decision for me to instruct him. His colleagues were also very good and all came to inspect the property prior to it going on the market. I liked them all. They were very joined up and one of his colleagues found a tenant for us the day before we officially put the property on the market. I had a lot of questions about the tenant along with many other matters and Alex professionally answered them all and provided me with great clarity to satisfy me at every turn. In the end we did not go through with the letting because at the last minute we were not going to move. However, if we do ever move I will be contacting Alex again. I would have no hesitation in promoting him to anyone who needs a letting agent.

GoogleHenny has been the most amazing lettings agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She clearly holds the interest of both the tenant and landlord in mind but more importantly, she is extremely professional and proactive. She provided exceptional guidance throughout each stage of the letting process and was always keen to give advice on any related matters, oftentimes after office hours or over the weekend. In my case, Henny went extreme lengths to personally help me dealing with unfair treatment by other agencies (eg. withholded deposit) that made me even more impressed with her and the agency. All the other agents and property managers at D&G I have been in touch with have been excellent and beyond helpful themelves and I would highly recommend Henny, as well as Douglas and Gordon to any tenants or landlords; I had an incredibly positive experience renting with them.

GoogleWe were very impressed by Douglas and Gordon, who dealt with the sale of our property in Earlsfield. The entire team were friendly, courteous, efficient and communicative throughout the transaction. We liaised with Alice who was fantastic - she always kept us updated with progress and kept positive during an often challenging property sale! Jack, the branch manager, was also particularly helpful, honest and approachable. We thought long and hard about who to appoint in order to sell our property, especially as there are numerous local agents to choose from, and would not hesitate to recommend D&G Southfields to anyone.

They were extremely helpful with puting forward our offers to the landlords, even though we hesitated with our decision and we chaged our minds on our final offer.
