GoogleA horrible experience during Covid lockdown, very little understanding, flexibility or support during this time, leaving us in a incredibly difficult financial situation due to a situation completely out of our control. Would be cautious using them, very disappointing.

GoogleA great and simple experience with D&G West Putney. Especially from Ula and Rosie. From a simple enquiry on a website to viewings of several properties that matched our criteria in less than 24hrs. We were encouraged to look closer at the market and slightly change our outlook and found a perfect rental within minutes of the area we were looking for. Superb! Reference and Leasing stage electronic and very easy.

GoogleMe and my partner had a great experience at Douglas and Gordan, the easiest I've had to date. The lady we worked with, Sian, was a pleasure to deal with and did everything possible to make sure we were happy and had a good experience. Seen as she had just started when we met, she did an amazing job and made the whole process enjoyable (as much as moving can be).

GoogleWould recommend these guys, once we'd given them our criteria nearly all recommendations they shared fit it (unlike many other estate agencies we dealt with!). Had a great experience with Sophie at D&G. She was very friendly at the viewing and in all communications after, even when I was asking annoying questions. Sophie took time to explain various elements of the contract / process and has been a great communicator throughout!
