GoogleI gave Douglas and Gordon Balham a call one morning, months into my flat hunt and at this point pretty fatigued and disenchanted by the whole process, to see whether they had any flats that might suit what I was looking for. I was put through to Guy and honestly it was the best thing that could have happened! Within days Guy had helped us secure our new home, which was perfect for us in every way. He was upfront, honest, kind and compassionate at a time when we really needed him to be. He guided us through the process and for the first time since looking to move I finally felt hopeful that the move may happen. Every time that I spoke to Guy he was cheery, enthusiastic and generally a joy to talk to: it became the highlight of my day! I have never known someone to go as far above and beyond as Guy did, it really made a potentially stressful situation a joyful one! I’m writing this from my new flat and all I can say is thank you Guy and thank you Douglas and Gordon! I can’t recommend Guy specifically enough, an absolute diamond and an all round great guy!
