GoogleI lived in a property managed by Dimension Estates for over 3 years. They were always helpful and friendly. Mohammad at the Clapton branch was a pleasure to deal with. We had several issues such as broken boilers etc over the years and the problems were always resolved swiftly. At the end of the tenancy there were no issues with deposits which were paid back quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Dimension estate offers efficiency and great service when you are looking for a flat in East London. Last year we were stressed and frustrated about not finding a decent flat, Dimension estate found us a great flat in the perfect area and we were settled in the flat within two days. They offered us great service not only on the moving in process but throughout the tenancy and after. Highly recommend this estate agency!

GoogleThese guys are fabulous! Well mannered and a pleasure to deal with. They delivered 100% and got us the exact price we were hoping for. Our property was sold in March within about 4 weeks of going onto the market. Thank you for making it so easy.

GoogleAnother great local business that thrives on customer care and tailored needs. Used dimensions for a few years now and never had an issue with letting out property fairly and in a reasonable timeframe , both the landlord and tenants are looked after. Highly recommended.

GoogleUnprofessional lettings department. Rasheed & Jay answered the phone as if it's their mobile telephone & are extremely confrontational in responding to "who am I speaking with" after the call was transfered. Wouldn't trust them with my property or tenants.

GoogleUnprofessional agency working with unprofessional landlord. Our flat was unfit to live, due to no proper insulation. The flat was mouldy, causing the paint of our walls to flake, our wardrobes were literally soaking wet. And despite months and months of chasing them up with no proper reply nor action, we had to leave our flat.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
