GoogleWe've had a really bad experience with Dimension Estates and don’t want anything to do with them in the future with regard to renting or letting. I’d advise others (also landlords) to stay away. We were quite friendly with our landlord and his experience with this agency is not good at all. When we started renting in a property managed by them, their staff was friendly and helpful. They fixed the things that were broken when we moved in. Unfortunately, only a few weeks into our tenancy the ceiling started leaking and sewage water started flooding the kitchen daily. When the first attempt of Dimension Estates to fix this failed, it seemed as though they stopped caring and 80% of our emails were ignored. We have had to deal with sewage and water pouring into the kitchen for months. Dimension Estates would not even answer the phone at some point. Our landlord was also quite annoyed with them as Dimension Estates almost stopped managing the property while he was still paying the management fee. He took over direct management of the property, but that didn't work out. But even when Dimension Estates was actually managing the property we frequently needed to communicate with the landlord directly as Dimension Estates failed to inform him of the situation. The thing that irritated the landlord most was that Dimension Estates told him he needed to find contractors for restoration after the leak himself, even though that wasn't his expertise so he was paying Dimension Estates for that. We didn’t want to move, but we were forced to. It’s unfortunate as most staff at Dimension Estates was friendly. However, the person who was responsible for managing our property was the owner/boss (Dillon). He didn’t care about us or the landlord, ignored emails and phone calls. His staff genuinely sounded sorry about this, but could not go against him. Update: Dillon called me upon reading this review and mentioned that he did bring let us into the appartment when our old key broke in half. We definitely appreciate that he did this, but it doesn't make up for the poor service during the rest of the tenancy.

GoogleOur experience with the Dimension Estate team was truly awful. They let us a property that was unfit for habitation. We didn't know when we moved in that the electricity wasn't connected and the there was no gas. The front door to the flat that has just been replaced didn't secure. I would expect any business to check these things and notify future tenants. I had to request that they update the tenancy agreement three times as they misspelled my name and that of my flatmate twice. At the end of the tenancy they failed to communicate effectively with us and the landlord meaning that the landlord held the deposit far longer than necessary. They pressured us to allow viewings in the flat long before we were required to do so, not having read the tenancy agreement that they had us sign. During this time they knew that the flat was again unfit to lease this time due to the pervasive existence of black mould throughout the property, this being the reason for us leaving.

GoogleFrom the cheery "Hello Dimension Estates" to the moment the agent said "Here's the keys" I was treated with the utmost respect and care The agent's attitude throughout was a perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism I was made to feel important and wanted I phoned, I texted, (at all hours) hell, I even walked into the office unannounced . . . I was not made to feel like I was intruding Every time I was greeted in the same cheery way, we went from formal to first names in a respectful manner Nothing at all was ever a problem and every query was dealt with efficiently I have only praise for the way my search for a new home was handled I was in a stressful place and had already been through a few estate agents, including The mouthy rip off artist type The couldn't care less, there's another mug coming along in a minute type The sign here without seeing the property type The it's just a standard contract, you don't need to read it type Then, there was Rokeah, no stress, no pressure, no nonsense, I relaxed and the stress disappeared My new home is just what I was looking for, peaceful, close to a huge number of transport links, Close the door and the world goes away, big enough, but not too big, just right for my needs Best of all, there is an outdoor space too for morning coffee or an evening with friends Within budget too . . . Bonus Rokeah Parvin at Dimension Estates, Lower Clapton will be my first contact should I ever have to move home again I can recommend this young lady and her skills to anyone If you are looking to find a new home, you should contact this lady, you will not be disappointed

GoogleI received a marketing flyer in my post sent by this agency. The thick plastic paper used for this, shocked me as this is probably being sent around all the area. In a world where waste should be fought, I think you should reconsider the way you send marketing messages! It’s outrageous
