Horrible experience. Total lack of transparency, they made numerous mistakes throughout the process (wrong contract details - had to sign 3 different contract versions, didn't respect offer terms, didn't provide entry access codes to new house, etc.) and amateurish level of service. On top of that, they were not very responsive when they received our emails but they demanded "ASAP" and urgent replies and action when they emailed us. I would stay away from them. London Putney branch.
