We dealt with Zen from the Battersea…

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. We were so grateful! Thank you - Highly recommended!

Hassan Zeiour- The man, The myth,The legend

We were so pleasantly surprised by the amazing Hassan Zeiour at the Kensal Rise branch. We had never had such superb experience with a rental agent. Hassan was exceptionally helpful, reliable, friendly, professional and honest. We had just moved from Cali to London and were completely new to renting in the UK. Hassan really took the time to explain the whole process to us. And he did so with genuine warmth and understanding, with our best interest at heart. He wasn’t forcing anything upon us and really gave us space to make our decisions at our own pace. We felt truly supported and guided throughout the entire process. Even when we looked at other areas that weren’t covered by him, he was kind enough to connect us with other Dexters agents, ensuring all was just as we wanted. Great experience, especially in property viewing

A big shout out for Camila Ruiz. She not only showed me the properties that I asked for, but also drove me around showing me other properties that I may like. She was very informative, and most of the properties that she suggested were at the top of my consideration list.I would totally rate 5 stars, but the sale agent that I worked with from Dexter was a bit pushy. I believe that there are rooms for improvements on that front.

As a property searcher you come into contact with many estate agents during your property search. Over many years of experience I have never had a better experience with as estate agent as I have had with Dexters Kingston. Jess Steer from Dexters Kingston was kind, serious, flexible and quick to answer the emails. My mother and I really liked her service. But there was another Dexters girl Sonia de Abreu (I don't know exactly which Dexters) she kept pushing us, it was unpleasant, we are not happy with this girl. With Jess she was the girl that we had to deal with from the beginning, I didn't really understand what Sonia was doing. Jess has to be raised in salary and rank.

All in all I had a great experience!

All in all I had a great experience!Being a first time renter I was completely unaware of all the processes and requirements for renting a property and Sonia was extremely helpful. She was very patient with us and helped guide us through the whole process bit by bit specially over the difficult times we were in earlier this year. She was there with us until the very last minute after had collected the keys to the property and moved in. If it wasn’t for her and her great communication skills we would have found it extremely difficult to rent a property.

Excellent Service From Jess and the Team

We have recently been looking for a new rental property. With all the requirements we had such as a garden, the property being pet friendly and being near central Kingston we were asking for a lot! Despite the fact we have been loyal customers of our previous letting agents for over 4 years, they were extremely unhelpful when we got in touch and just told us to scour the internet like everyone else if we didn’t want to stay in our current property! My fellow executor has said much of what I would say about Dexters' service. My late mother-in-law was as impressed as we have been when they found the flat for her in 2014. John Ramirez and his team, in particular Gazmir Ujkaj, left no stone unturned, and nothing was too much trouble. Gaz negotiated a very good price for the flat in difficult market conditions and saw the transaction through in exactly the timescale he had required of the buyers in August 2020.I have no hesitation in recommending Dexters for any property transaction.

Rachel Patient and her team have provided a 5 star service and given me great advice to not only secure an excellent professional tenant in this tricky market but have managed to do it in a short space of time so I have a seamless back to back tenancy with no vacant period. We would certainly recommend renting out property though Dexters, Kingston branch. We have dealt with both Sonia (Director) and Amelia (Manager), and they are both highly efficient and courteous. We have just renewed the contract for our first property, for which the tenancy has run smoothly for two years already. Sonia has now found us a great tenant within days of registering our second property, and like Amelia also, she has responded instantly to any requests or questions we have had along the way. Dealing with the entire team at Dexters is like a breath of fresh air. Having had an extremely disappointing experience with another local agency, we will definitely be keeping both our properties with Sonia and her team for the forseeable future!

I have used Dexters lettings team for 3 years now and they have been amazing. Sonia has been my point of contact and she has handled every issue Ive had quickly and efficiently. I had some tenants move out without warning and within a month Sonia had my flat cleared out, cleaned and new tenants in leaving me with no loss of rent. If Sonia is busy there is always another friendly member of the team to help with whatever I need. Highly recommended!

I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts.
