Dexter West Hampstead are atrocious! Negotiator made vebal promises which ended up being lies! 6 weeks in and still no revised inventory report! Property floors are flooded with hazards and only got answers when I threatened to involve the council! Poor communication and very tactical responses to limit responsibility! Feel sorry for the landlord as they will be affected the most! As per Dexter's response - no director nor anyone from the company contact me in regards.

Lara in the office was always keeping us in the loop and communicated well with us and always got back to us quickly if we had a query.A very special mention must go to Verity who managed to keep many plates spinning and keep all parties involved in the chain up to date in some very challenging and difficult situations. You guy’s at dexters did my parents over. Made them homeless in the middle of a pandemic. You kept the house they wanted on the market even though you accepted their offer. They are elderly and shouldn’t have to be in this situation right now. They could’ve pulled out of the sale of their house but they didn’t because they are decent humans with ethics. They wouldn’t do to their buyers what you did to them. Your a bunch of slime balls trying to make that little extra bit of commission at their expense. They paid for solicitors and missed the stamp duty. It could’ve been a smooth transition over Christmas but now in the freezing cold out of pocket and they have to put their stuff in storage, which isn’t cheap. YOU LOT ARE DISGRACEFUL CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH NO MORALS. UNETHICAL ESTATE AGENTS STAY CLEAR OF DEXTERS PEOPLE!!!

I'm happy to report back that upon their receipt of the review below, Dexters went the extra mile to ensure that everything I had been having issues with was resolved. I appreciate how quick they were to respond, and to tackle issues that didn't end up having a simple solution. I've had a mixed experience with Dexters.My first experience was great. I worked with a letting agent when I was searching for properties who was excellent and went the extra mile to try to find a good fit for me. Would happily work that agent again in the future. I've also had a decent time with maintenance issues and requests. Although, to be fair, the fact that I moved in and immediately had to request maintenance because appliances were not checked to ensure they worked before I moved in is problematic. I've also had to spend a fair amount of time chasing down answers to questions, and on at least two occasions have been told I'll need to figure things out on my own - things that should have been sorted by Dexters before I moved in. I'm still trying to chase down an answer, and I've been in my property nearly a month. Moving is stressful enough without having to navigate an obstacle course of missing information and broken appliances.

Very pleased with the service received from Isleworth Dexters and in particular Zain. The initial discussion was useful to understand how they would go about selling the property, but without feeling like there were any pushy sales tactics. Right from initial property inspection, then valuation, viewings through to getting an offer they demonstrated true professionalism in all aspects.They kept me informed at every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Isleworth Dexters (Zain Bozhai and his entire team). From my experience of buying and selling I have not come across any comparable customer service with respect to an estate agency.

Even before I had officially instructed Dexters to act for my sale, he had booked a photographer and the website entry was ready to launch.A day after I had instructed Dexters’ Acton branch, he booked in 3 viewings. Danielle was always happy, friendly, courteous when taking viewers around and in less than a month I got an offer.From offer to completion, Dexters’ Acton and Chiswick branches work together to accelerate the procedure. At every step I was able to ask for advice. I highly recommend Dexters if you are serious about selling your property.

I instructed Dexters to market my 2 bedroom flat in west London, and I have never ever felt like an agent deserved their commission more. The property, whilst in a good location needed renovation and, near-fatally, it was virtually un-mortgageable due to the building having cladding issues. For this reason I placed the property on the market with several different agents. After a very long slog, with several failed attempts with other buyers and other agents, Dexters was able to find a rare cash buyer who came through at a very good price.Personally I have always been a bit skeptical of estate agents and the value they can add to a transaction. However on this occasion my property would not have sold without Dexters input. Dexters were able to source a rare cash buyer which no other agent was able to find. More importantly as well they were able to find a buyer who actually came through on the transaction, where other potential buyers had fallen through for whatever reason. Throughout the process of the sale and the transaction they were able to assist with moving matters along, acting as an efficient go between myself and the purchaser, helping me to deal with the lawyers and troubleshooting issues along the way. On a personal level as well I found them very easy to work with, on what was a stressful and important transaction. Knowledgeable about the market, personable and responsive throughout, it is clear to me that they know their stuff in the local area and are passionate about it. The service provided by Dexters in facilitating the transaction was excellent and I highly recommending Dexters for anyone else looking to sell. We were looking for a flat and truly had a lot of criteria, which didn't make it easy especially during the pandemic.I have scheduled some viewings and just before the viewings Lucy was making sure that the properties I scheduled for were indeed the right match for us, by sending us more information and videos. She was correct in doing so because most of the properties we scheduled to view actually didn't match what we wanted and we cancelled the viewings. So she went through all the properties they had on offer and found a property that did match all we wanted.We would not have looked at this property as it was out of our budget, but she still took us to view it and I'm glad she did because this is now our new home.Lucy has been extremely helpful at every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to help this deal go through as smooth as possible.I would definitely recommend Lucy if you're looking to move to your new home.

It was my first experience with Dexters and I had a very pleasant. Comprehensive ad for the property. Chanel Newhouse is a great Property Manager, starting from organising the viewing, being responsive and approachable. Chanel made a massive effort to coordinate between the landlady and myself as my initial offer had not been accepted. Chanel showed a great deal of professionalism as she led the negotiation process and kept following up with the landlady and myself for more than 10 days until my offer has been finally accepted.
