Superb Team at the Tooting Branch!

The Tooting branch have been excellent from start to finish with the sale of my Grandmother's house. It was a very tough period of time for myself and had felt very daunting. From the day I met with Gaz and worked through the sale alongside Esta and team they have been so supportive, professional and all round superb. The team are very down to earth and provide an excellent service. Esta has been fantastic and kept me up-to-date at all stages throughout, which made this process a smooth transaction. I wish Esta and the team all the best and would 100% use Dexters again. Thank you! :)

Highly recommend the Tooting team

We have been delighted with the service we have received from the Tooting team while selling our house. First off they valued the property higher than other agents and were confident they could achieve near asking, which they did before the property even hit Rightmove! Between accepting an offer and exchange the regular updates from Esta was greatly appreciated and made sure everyone kept on track. They just don't care

Everything was fine and then we moved in. Loads of issues loads of non working or non closing doors. The fridge that was supposed to be replaced has never been replaced. All the emails have been ignored and no maintenance work has been done. Leaking roof makes living in 1 room impossible but the emails are being ignored. Calling them you only get a question how bad is it??? What do you mean how bad is it??? So for over a year there has not been any help from them. But they expect you to jump as soon as they need something. I hope its only this branch that is so incompetent and others are better.....

Everyone knows that you can get a lot of fluff and flannel from estate agents. Emma is a little different in that she does not seem fearful or avoidant of telling the truth.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys. Pretty sure he’ll be round for a pint once I’ve moved in!Dexters office in general were great helping if Joe was in another call when I phoned, so I can’t recommend them highly enough. I chose Dexters as they were located very close to the property and knew the area well. I worked with Jean-Charles at West Kensington Dexters. He was always genuinely friendly and helpful as well as efficient and well informed about the property market. He kept me well informed throughout the selling process which dragged on for various reasons. Hampstead Branch

The service at Hampstead branch is very poor. We were showed two properties in the area by Luca Worley. There was no follow up after the viewings for feedback. He was unable to answer some questions during the viewings which was fine. He said he would find out but this did not happen. We had to contact him almost a week later to express our interest in the properties and follow up on the questions. Communication with him was not great. His emails were curt. I think Dexters could provide some basic training for their staff on communication and negotiation skills. I would certainly not recommend Dexters to any potential sellers or buyers. A very typical high street estate agent.
