We were helped by Connor at the Notting Hill branch when we first arrived in London. He asked a few simple questions about our preferences, and immediately knew which flats to take us to. Most of the flats he showed us were a great fit, which shows how he actually took the time to listen to the client instead of just pushing any old flat available. He's a real natural at his job, and most importantly, was honest about the pros and cons of each flat he showed us. Much appreciated.

Connor Stewart has been very friendly and helpful in my research of a new flat. I'm recommending Connor to anyone who is thinking of moving to London for the first time. Connor's determination to satisfy the different requests I had for the flat made him the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. I did not go ahead with the flat at the end but I wish I had because I was very pleased with the customer service at Dexters, specially with Connor's support and I'm sure I would have been in good hands along my tenancy.

Vicky C. has been my property manager since I moved into my current place and she has made a terrific job so far. She is professional, friendly and extremely helpful and responsive. She chases the landlord and the service providers as many times as necessary until the issue is resolved and keeps you well informed in the process. I totally recommend her. I can also recommend Chris M. who has been helpful in the past when Vicky was on annual leave. Great team. Definitely the best property management agency I have dealt with.

Madeleine Wells was literally the perfect estate agent. She was professional, accommodating, detail oriented and truly a pleasure to work with. I had some difficulties with my landlord concerning move in dates and Madeleine was right there with me the entire time making sure everything was going as smoothly as possible.
