We had read some good reviews of Dexters Notting Hill, and decided to try them out after our usual agent had failed to find any tenants for our property. Connor and Sebastien were both very professional, helpful and easy to deal with and they found us a very suitable tenant in less than a week. They kept us informed about every development and sent emails to let us know of each viewing. I would certainly use them again.

I worked together with Will Dodds. He advised me and my Girlfriend diligently for approx 2 month and we ultimately found the perfect flat. He invested a lot of time providing us with interesting offers, tailored to the specs that we defined and explaining all aspects of the renting process itself. William Dodds at Dexters Notting Hill is, simply put, the best agent we have ever used. He assessed our needs perfectly and escorted us around a short list of properties as you would expect but without the pacey pressure some agents apply. He is knowledgeable about each property, able to make helpful suggestions and can advise on the lifestyle you can expect in the area. He is up front about the pros AND the cons (which is refreshing!). He’s a reassuring link between home owner and tenant, attentive to both parties’ needs, and has a negotiator’s sense of flexibility but if the fit is not a good one, he won’t force it, he’ll move on. And that engenders trust. His affable nature, confident style, clear and responsive communication really took the stress out of the hunt. He is an asset to Dexters and without wishing to gush, he’s a great ambassador for the profession. He’s our go to agent now and we thoroughly recommend that he become yours. Thanks again Will.

Madeleine Wells (Notting Hill office) has been the best real estate agent I have ever met. Within a week we found our new house and it is exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. We have really great experience with Dexters form Notting HIll Office. Our agent was/still is Jess. She is amazing person, She cared to listen, and showed us properties which would suits us most. She tried to understand what we were looking for. Within 5 years in London we have met couple of different agents which were never listening . They didn't know anything about property. Jess was well prepared and her personality convinced us to rent from Dexters. She showed us 3 flats and we have chosen 2nd one ( perfect location, and budget) She was answering all questions. My wife and I recently moved from overseas and contacted Dexters for help with finding a place. We were served by Jessica and she was exceptional with giving us advice on the market here, helping us understand the rental process, and most of all understanding our needs for a property. Jessica worked hard to find us the property that suits our needs, taking us to a some lovely flats! Jessica Frank at Dexters Notting Hill has been absolutely amazing in helping us find our new flat in Notting Hill. She is professional, highly responsive, and has been a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to coordinate our needs with the landlord's which required several instances of back and forth communication and even a second viewing of the flat, which she kindly did for us during her lunch break. She completed every stage of the tenancy in a very timely manner and with a positive attitude, which has turned a typically very stressful process into a pleasant one. I cannot recommend her enough. We were very fortunate to have our property search handled by Connor Stewart at the Notting Hill office. He immediately grasped the sort of property we were looking for, meaning we were not shown anything that wasn't quite right. Not only did this save us a great deal of time, but demonstrates a degree of intuition and attention to detail around an area that has been a consistent source of frustration with other estate agents. This alone really puts Connor's service in the top-drawer. On finding our property, Connor was very responsive and quick to help with our questions throughout the contract process. Wherever issues arose, he was quick to make suggestions for how they might be solved and did his best to help. We were helped by Connor at the Notting Hill branch when we first arrived in London. He asked a few simple questions about our preferences, and immediately knew which flats to take us to. Connor Stewart has been very friendly and helpful in my research of a new flat. I'm recommending Connor to anyone who is thinking of moving to London for the first time. Vicky C. has been my property manager since I moved into my current place and she has made a terrific job so far. She is professional, friendly and extremely helpful and responsive. She chases the landlord and the service providers as many times as necessary until the issue is resolved and keeps you well informed in the process. I totally recommend her. I can also recommend Chris M. who has been helpful in the past when Vicky was on annual leave. Great team. Definitely the best property management agency I have dealt with.
