With his proactive approach and amazing problem solving skills, Harry managed to set up contract terms that cater to my special requirements and benefit the landlord as well. I engaged Tom and his team to rent out my flat on the higher side of my price expectations. Eden then showed my flat the same day and within a couple of hours my flat was rented at asking price! Soon moving to London and house-hunting could be extremely overwhelming. I had to begin my flat hunt suddenly and was very overwhelmed, I met with Mirjam and she was extremely professional, understood exactly what I was looking for, showed me a few options, and answered all my questions honestly. Mirjam was also extremely responsive, I never had to wait too long for a reply back from her. One thing that distinguishes Mirjam from others I've been in contact with is how genuine she is, and rather than pushing you to take an apartment quickly, she puts in effort to understand what you're looking for and then actually help you look for it. She aims to satisfy her clients which is the most important thing!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Mirjam on finding our flat and with the whole renting process, which was very new for us since we just moved to the UK. After a whole day wasted on viewing apartments with another company, where none of our requirements were met (specially budget). We walked in the Dexters office and spoke with Mirjam and she quickly found us a viewing that met all we wanted in our new flat, which led us to make the offer right away. Mirjam was very patience and helpful explaining some details we were not familiar with and alway very quick on response along the whole process.
