Although I didn’t end up finding my place through him, he was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely keen to help me find something suitable. I've been doing business with one of the major agent in London for years, but recently decided to look for an alternative agent to work with. I wanted to take the time to give special mention to Luke Bloomfield. Whilst on my way to work for the day, I realised my wallet had gone missing. Luke found my wallet and out of his own accord, went over and above to try make sure I was reached and informed. As a result, I was able to recover it from him which saved me huge amount of stress. Harry was incredibly professional, creative and helpful with my flat search. He completely understood my brief and only showed me suitable matches to what I was looking for. We ended up viewing a place slightly above budget but he creatively architected an offer that was within my budget and promptly accepted! In a tough renting market, this experience has been surreal and I could not recommend Harry enough for the way he goes about helping people. 5 stars is not enough!

I have been working with Tom Foreman-Browne from Dexters Notting Hill to let my rental property (using their Full Management Tenancy service), and he has been absolutely fantastic: communicative, intelligent, and a great negotiator. He and his team put forward excellent offers within 24 hours of the advert going up, and the whole process took less than a week, with paperwork handled efficiently. Dexters Notting Hill make renting a living hell. We have had the most stressful experience using them as an estate agency. They have no internal cohesion and lack communication between employees. In particular, Kevin is very rude and unprofessional to speak with. Towards the end of our tenancy, is when we experienced the most issues, with Dexters bombarding us with emails/phone calls to conduct viewings. I have counted over 70+ email correspondence about ‘viewing confirmations’ which felt like a second job to manage, especially with our working from home situation. They were relentless and did not work around our schedule, including when my girlfriend was bedridden with chickenpox. After leaving the property it took 40 days for our deposit to be returned, and TDS had to get involved to resolve the matter. We did not deserve this as ideal tenants who always paid on time, used our own money to fix issues, and upgraded the apartment with £300 curtains to replace broken blinds. We also had many issues with the landlord, but that is another conversation in itself. Needless to say, I would not recommend Dexters to anyone.
