Managed to find a property to rent via Dexters Notting Hill in the chaos that is London. Ella from Dexters was an absolute star. She had answers to all of my questions (there were many), and was incredibly friendly and approachable. Following the viewing(s) we had to go over a bunch of admin things and Ella was always ready with answers and clarifications. We are loving the new place and we wouldn’t have been able to secure it had it not been for her (and by extension Dexters). Would 100% recommend. If you do call their Notting Hill branch make sure you ask for Ella! You will not be disappointed 🙏🏼

My flatmate and I are in the process of relocating from Canada to London, UK, and of the many stresses involved in a cross-country move, finding a new home is definitely at the top of the list. When we enquired on a rental flat listed with Dexter’s, we were connected with Rosa who instantly assured us that we were in good hands and that she was going to find us our perfect flat. Rosa was incredibly respectful and always kept in mind our 5-hour time difference, making sure to call and share updates during our ‘day time’ hours, rather than what would have been the middle of the night for us. Her consistent communication and professionalism gave us all the confidence that she was the agent for us. Rosa was very personable and we felt so comfortable working with her. Rosa was able to make this process much less stressful than we were prepared for it to be, and we cannot recommend her enough! I had a fantastic experience working with Kimya to find an apartment in Notting Hill on short notice. I needed a lease to start as quickly as possible, and Kimya was incredibly supportive from the very beginning. She provided excellent suggestions for additional flats to view and coordinated multiple viewings promptly. I also connected with other agents from her office covering nearby neighborhoods, and they were proactive in reaching out and organizing viewings, too. The last flat I saw with Kimya was my favorite, and she guided me through the entire process with clear advice and instructions after I made an offer. Avoid properties managed by Dexters at all costs! They are a scam. Last year, we had a burst pipe and as a result the property full of mould and I had to move mountains so that they investigate. Last week, I encountered a burglar in the flat I’m renting with them. He escaped, but I’m still in shock. But I’m even more I’m in shock with the slow actions taken by the property management team, led by Chris McCandlish who avoids to get involved and take responsibility at all times. It’s now nearly a week and they haven’t fixed the communal door that the burglar broke, neither put any additional security in place. Daragh Power is the worst person I’ve had to deal with in this team, as he can’t manage to get anything done and keeps arguing with me about such a standard procedure. To this date, everyone can access this property without key as the door remains broken. Avoid at all costs if you value security and professionalism!

Rosa Lopez from Dexters is one of the best agents I've ever worked with! Not only did she manage to show me 2 flats I loved in the right price range in the span of 1 hour, but she made the experience pleasant and focused on what I was looking for as the client as opposed to other agents who can get pushy to close you on what they want.
