GoogleJames Bonham was lovely right from the first viewing of the property that will be my home as of tomorrow. All colleagues in the Kensal Rise office were pleasant to deal with too. It made a real difference to work with an estate agent that I felt I could trust, and who was kind and helpful throughout. GoogleThe team at Kensal Rise & Queen’s Park have been extremely easy to deal with on the sale of my flat. I have been particularly grateful to David Luxton who provided a lot of guidance and assistance during some challenging moments in the process. I also viewed properties with David and I was really impressed that he properly listened to my feedback and built up a very accurate idea of what I was looking for. So a definite 5 stars for David but 4 stars overall as the solicitor firm that Dexters recommended were dreadful and I was a bit underwhelmed with the marketing of my flat initially. She was very attentive to details and was able to answers to any questions during my viewings. Very discrete, no hard push. She was also very good with follow ups and at explaining things. GoogleCaught in two minds about what star rating to give so going down the middle of the road. They did end up selling my home even if it took a while longer than expected and significantly below valuation. They behaved professionally throughout the process so decided to refer them to a friend and in exchange was promised a case of wine which never arrived. My follow-up emails were met with silence and it was only when i gave them a 1 star review that they responded and sent me the case in record time. Conclusion: will sell your home eventually but their initial valuation will likely be inflated, and if you refer someone you'll probably need to chase them repeatedly for whatever they promise you in return.

GoogleAfter seeing all the estate agents in Kensal Rise I decided to choose Dexters to sell my 3 bedroom , garden home which is finished to a high standard as they were adamant at how busy they were and how many people they had who were looking for properties like mine and were extremely persuasive. Since listing with them in early July they initially arranged 6 appointments in the first week , all of which (except one) mysteriously cancelled . After that they’ve had 4 viewings and none of which we received feedback for. After asking for feedback they said they do too many viewings a day and they do not have time for feedback . In the 12 weeks we’ve listed the property with them they’ve had 4 viewings in total and been utterly useless . The agents are condescending and do not do anything to generate viewings and I wish we hadn’t wasted 3 months listing with them . Do not waste your time like we did !
