had a positive experience with Dexters Kensal Rise & Queen’s Park, especially with Gentjan Vladi. He was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Communication was clear and he was always available to assist when needed, which made things much smoother during a stressful time. At times, rental negotiations were a bit challenging, but I appreciate his efforts in trying to move things forward and reach an agreement. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend Gentjan and the Dexters team.

After two previous failed sales, Neela from Dexter's office in Kensal Rise managed to clinch the deal on the third attempt. I found that she was attentive and followed the case closely making sure that myself as seller and buyer were always appraised of the situation. Neela made sure that whenever there were any potential issues these were resolved through communicating with all parties concerned in a concise and direct way. From survey to exchange of contract Neela was continually in contact making one feel comfortable with the whole process. When solicitors were slow to respond Neela would also chase up responses from her side. Alot of agents do not spend as much time following up on things and thank Neela for her hard work and assistance.

Very happy with my experience with the Dexters Kensal Rise office. I've just finished a two year tenancy with them. Every employee I spoke with throughout the entire tenancy was friendly, communicative, and helpful. Suzy & Ana were incredibly responsive to resolving any defects with the property, and towards the end of my tenancy James, Zamar, and Amad were more than accommodating to make sure any viewings of my flat respected my schedule. I'm writing this review before we've finalised the return of my deposit, however up to this point these would be my go-to agents if I returned to London.

Neela Patel at Kensal Rise provides an excellent service, She had more viewings booked in two weeks than my previous agent had booked in 3 months and had my flat sold within a month.Dont bother going anywhere else if you want to sell your property I wish I had listed with Dexters first. I trued to sell my house for a long while. It did not sell. I asked Dexters to take it on and they had 2 offers very quickly. We accepted one of them. It was a chain and the whole deal was stressful due to it. But the guys at Dexters were always in touch, giving me confidence and support. From the moment you step in their offices, you are taken care of. Thankfully, we exchange contracts today. A big shout out to David Luxton, the Director at Kensal rise, who made it possible.
