I recently used Dexters in Kensal Rise to arrange for the letting of my flat. I’m very happy to leave a 5 star review for the Kensal Rise team and in particular for my property manager, Louie Lazar. Louie has been very responsive, respectful, and professional . He and the team make a huge effort to resole any issues as soon as possible and give great advice. I would not hesitate in recommending the Dexters team if you would like your property rented and managed in particular Louie and the Kensal Rise team.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to close my deal with them. However, I did have the opportunity to be assisted by Arjun Sehgal, Lettings Consultant. Arjun went out of his way to try to fulfil my dream of finding an apartment in London, and did everything he could to get my offer accepted by the Landlord. I had a positive experience with Arjun. What impressed me was his patience and customer service. I was running late on the day I had my viewing booked and I was already in the tube he was unable to reach me. Arjun left me a message and made alternative arrangements for me to see the flat about 30mins after my initial appointment. He answered my questions and was knowledgeable about the area. Even though the place O viewed did not work out, Arjun kept in touch to understand what my housing needs were and to provide me with options as they came up in his portfolio. I have worked with a number of letting agents and I have experienced first hand the pushy, aggressive and intimidating sales tactics a lot of them employ. It was therefore refreshing to have an agent like Arjun who was client oriented and took the time to work with clients to understand their needs rather than push rental options that did not meet their requirements. I wish more agents could take a page from Arjun's book!

I had great experience with Dexters, highly professional, friendly and very helpful. Arjun Sehgal was the Lettings Consultant who assisted me, he checked on our flat viewing progress periodically and recommended a lot of properties. We went with a property under a different letting agent purely due to insane competition in the property market. However, in normal times we would probably have gone with Dexters all the way. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to rent in London.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting 2 members of the Dexters team, Kensal Rise, Joanna and Sophie. Being new to the area I was keen to see what properties were available and I popped in to the estate agents, on the off chance, hoping to talk with someone. Although, Joanna and Sophie were clearly busy, both ladies stopped what they were doing and took the time to talk with me, this I really appreciated. Both Sophie and Jonna were very welcoming and knowledgable. It was great to witness at first hand the collaborative partnership they share, they are both experts in their field and therefore made sure that I understood the different processes involved and how they could help. Thank you both for taking the time out of your busy day. I would highly recommend Dexters based simply on Jonna’s and Sophie’s interactions with people. They created a great first impression where I came away feeling that I would be well looked after if I were a client of theirs!

Well what can I say, Dexters Kensal Rise & Queens Park Branch, especially Sophie Ling, went above and beyond while helping me purchase a property. Nothing was too much trouble. Sophie went out of her way to accommodate my needs when carrying out viewings and was always at the end of the phone and happy to answer any questions throughout the transaction. Her knowledge was impressive and valuable to my decision making. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our experience with Dexter's Kensal Rise has been amazing thanks to Nabila. Nabila took the time and effort to find us the property we were looking for and was always willing to go the extra mile to assist with our property hunt. Messages and calls irrespective of the insignificance or importance were responded to in a timely manner with due diligence and care. Zamar was great as an estate agent, there was a bit of a communication issue where we were told one thing and then had word from the manager who actually talks to the landlord who told us another thing. Made it a bit difficult to plan with different responses. Outside of that it was a very seamless experience created by Zamar who was always willing to provide us with a good understanding of the property.
