I have mostly been in touch with Arjun from Dexters, who has been very helpful and put my details down for some of the other offices as well. In the end we ended up going with a property in a different area from Dexters than Arjun was working in, but he checked in on us to see whether everything worked out. I would 10/10 recommend getting in touch with him if you are on the lookout for properties!

Dexters managed the rental of our flat in Willesden for 2 years. They found first tenants and then new tenants quickly, secured a decent rent, and were proactive in getting issues resolved. Statements were very clear as well. We wanted a solution which would require minimal time from us and certainly feel that we got this with Dexters. I was very impressed with the way in which Andy and his team handled the letting of my property . The transaction was smooth , efficient and extremely professional from the moment I handed them the keys right up to the point where the tenants moved in and the communication was second to none throughout the whole process. Don’t waste your time looking around for other agents as I had my property with another agent and they kept making excuses as to why they couldn’t find suitable tenants and they wasted my time , then Andy and his team let my property within 48 hours and even got me a higher rent than I expected . My experience of using Dexters Services has been excellent. They have maintained a clear communication and follow up all the way through, right to the last steps following acceptance of an offer. I had been allocated to a named member of their team who was always available for any questions or clarifications. I received a good 24 hour notice of anyone coming to view the property and there was always a flexibility around times - I work from home. The manager showed real enthusiasm, goodwill and energy in terms of his interactions and follow up telephone conversations with me throughout.
