I recently moved to London from Glasgow to live with my partner and best friend. I was feeling quite apprehensive about the move and general flat hunt. However I was incredibly grateful to have had Rachel from the Kensal Rise branch assisting me. I’ve had a really good experience with Dexters and Rachel in particular. She was incredibly professional, very friendly and was so available to us. I really believed that she genuinely cared about helping us find a property that we loved. Our process of finding a property was quite challenging (through no fault of ours or dexters). We had a landlord pull out of our agreement with only a week to move which was quite devastating. However Rachel was completely determined to help us find somewhere within the week that would mean we could still move at the same time. As myself and my partner were based in Glasgow at the time she really went out of her way to make sure we never missed a thing at viewings (even sending us multiple videos and constant messages). She devoted so much of her time and effort to us and we really felt like her number one priority. We were able to find a place that was even better than the first one! And we owe so much to Rachel for helping us make it to that point. It made my anxiety about moving just disappear as I knew we were in good hands. I feel incredibly lucky to be looked after by Dexters. Having rented through estate agents for many years I can say with absolute confidence that this is the most personable and best service that I have ever received. My partner and I have just completed on a property in Queen's Park. Matty has been absolutely amazing from start to end. Rachel George at Kensal Rise has been helpful, personable and professional throughout the letting process. Sybil was also a great contact and communicator. Rachel & Sybil FIVE STARS. However, overall feedback for Dexters to consider: endeavour to be more cautious and refrain from falling into the trap of over promising, even if it is with goodwill. Over promising so often leads to problems, no matter the good intentions. Managing expectations is a challenging job. Please also avoid pressuring landlords into allowing tenants to move in earlier than landlord's requested date, even if it is to please new tenants. Nonetheless, I recommend considering Dexters as a potential agent. Rachel & Sybil highly recommended.

Having just completed our tenancy managed by the Dexter’s team it is safe to say we had some bumps in the road, however we can not thank the team at Dexter’s enough for their care throughout. Particularly Lisa Beverlly who was always available and attentive when we needed her. Any bumps or issues we had were dealt with swiftly and promptly providing a fortuitous result once resolved. Lisa was always friendly and understanding and we want to thank her for making our tenancy enjoyable and easy.
