The whole experience with Dexters Kensal Rise and Queen’s Park Estate Agent staff deserves a five star service. Specially Neela and Gabriel who offered me to give me a ride to the nearest tube station after viewing the property. I just completed on a property with the help of Neela Patel from Dexters. Neela was always available whenever I needed her help or had questions. She shared new property details with me whenever anything came on the market. She was accommodating with timings as well, even when I got the times wrong on the viewing dates. Neela also assisted with my many questions to the seller when trying to agree the completion date, very much appreciated. Even though Neela moved offices Hugh covered my questions and responded quickly.

Dexters in Kensal Rise are by far the best estate agent in the area if you are a prospective buyer.. When viewing a property they are relaxed, allowing you the time to view the house at the right speed, which enables you to take in the detail. All of the people I have dealt with have very good knowledge of each individual property and the local area, which has helped me see properties I would not have considered purely by looking at Rightmove. I would specially recommend dealing with Lee and Neela, both of whom who are really great people. Lee is very experienced in the local property market, and uses his experience to offer suggestions above and beyond the 1 property you have seen on the website, all of Lee's suggestions are worth looking at, as he takes the time to understand what you need as a buyer, only showing you thinks that he knows you will like. Neela too is very experienced, she has clearly taken the time to know all of the sellers and their respective properties, this is fantastic as it helps you imagine how the home you are viewing would become your own special family home. Neela also has great flexibility she is easily able to balance complicated schedules to ensure you can view properties with ease, her enthusiasm also makes the whole process very relaxing, something hard to find when you are looking for a house.

I was moving to the area from South London and didn't know what to expect in terms of prices and property. Ali was instrumental in helping me find a great place which was great value for money.
