GoogleSearching for a new flat in London can be a very stressful experience. People living in this city know that. Back in 2017, when I had to do it in a short time frame, it was horrendous. So, when I faced myself, few weeks ago, in that same spot, anxiety started kicking in (badly). However, this time my search radius was wider, neighborhood wise, and it included the NW6 area, and lucky me, my search criteria and personal details crossed path with this driven, dilligent and extremely professional real state consultant, from Dexters, James Bruckner. Anyone searching on Queens Park and Kensal Rise, look no further and trust me on this: the guy is a BEAST! He's absolutely commited to find you the RIGHT flat, no matter what it will take (scanning the whole area, bringing new properties to your attention BEFORE they even reach the wider market, doing viewings on saturdays, sending videos of the flats, whenever you can't make it to the property on a timely manner, you name it!). James truly did his homework before sending every single prospect flat to me, took all my search criteria into consideration, tried helping me, as much as he could, on being early to make an offer on the best value-for-money properties, never rushed me on making a decision, and always respected my preferences, regardless how much extra work my specific needs could bring into his mission to find the right flat. This young man went above and beyond, because he understands the business and truly gets the core point in it: my next house needs to feel right to me, not anyone else. A GAME CHANGER, to put it mildly. Thank you JAMES, for the brilliant work you've done, putting myself at ease on this flat search, from day one. Although I've managed to reach a deal with my landlord (as fresh as today!) and won't need to move out of my current house, I do appreciate every single minute of your time, attention, and respect to me, as a client, and as a person. You've set a new standard on real state letting service, and, when I think about how keen you were to do the job and achieve success, I wonder two things , 1) if Dexter's management board at Kensal Rise and Queens Park have any clue on the rough diamond they have on their team (I hope they do!) and 2) where the UK, as a country and society, could be, if half of the government team was composed by people as driven and ethical, to deliver actual results to other people, as you are. I have no doubt you will KILL IT, on this business, and I wish you nothing but the greatest in your path and career moving forward. Rest assured I will not hesitate to recommend you, as real state consultant, to any friends of mine who may consider your area as their next place to live in London.
