GoogleHappy to say, what a great experience it is with Dexters with the help of Hassan Zeiour from the Kensal Rise branch. We have been looking for a new place to move into for a long time and he helped us find a better place within just a week! The signing of contract happened within the week of viewing the property. Super informative during the viewing and answered our questions. Very responsive and was on top of things. I tend to forget things and it was hard for me to respond during the day as I'm very occupied at work but he constantly reminded me of what is still missing from the requirements and what else needs to be done. He constantly updates as well on the status of the application. Can't thank him enough! :D

GoogleHappy to say that our recent experience with Dexters and, specifically Rachel, has been great.
We were shown a good selection of opportunities from the outset: Dexters seem to have a broad reach, particularly across the north/west sub markets, with some decent instructions.
We whittled our choices down quite quickly and Rachel got what we were after, adapting as our requirement was refined. She didn’t try to push us one way or another or, crucially, try to show us unsuitable ideas after we had made clear what we were looking for.
After we had viewed and exhausted all the original options, she used her head - and her contacts - and was able to deliver us an ‘off market’ idea which turned out to be spot on. She was then easy and helpful to deal with during the application process.
Couldn’t be happier, thanks very much - well done to her and the team! Dexters will now be first port of call in the future.
