GoogleThe experience with this agency has been the worst I have ever encountered. They have constantly failed to communicate between the landlord and tenants; have not been able to deal with their obligations as to ensure the property is in a good standard after chasing them for months for several works as damp/mould patches in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bedroom to be let out. In addition, they are not being aware of the situation in the house, since every time an issue has been reported there will be a new person replying, which will require further explanations, and consequently an (unlikely) solution is extented over time. They also charge high fees for changeovers, when they fail in their unique task to reply to the emails when an ilegal situation is being reported as stated in the contract. Totally frustrating experience with one of the most expesive agencies in London.
