She had a good sense of our needs and we are so overjoyed with the flat she helped us secure. She kept in close contact, was quick in her correspondence and the process was easily wrapped up. GoogleMid pandemic move? A breeze! I was very lucky to work with Harry on my move, and everything was done in the absolute record time of 6 days - only 5 days after viewing the apartment!!!
If you're an expat with good credit / a good job elsewhere, you really want to work with an agent that will represent you properly to the landlord.
Dexters did that for me - other agencies told me I'd need a guarantor, which shouldn't be the case with a good job and solid credit.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Harry - try to get a viewing with him. He is very personable, straight forward, super knowledgable and responds to everything quickly - even manic last minute requests were accommodated. On a separate note, I enjoyed working with someone who is very professional but still has some banter and made my mid pandemic move the most pleasant one yet.
