They have consistently proven the best to deal with, getting the best rents, and the highest quality tenants. I use them solely now. They were both professional throughout the negotiation and keep me posted with vendor feedback; now looking forward to moving speedily through the conveyancing process to completion and fully expect Candy and Piers to excel in this area as well. Update: I completed a few days ago on Friday and without a word of a lie, I owe the smooth sailing to completion to Candy. She as been nothing short of BRILLIANT throughout this process. As a professional investor have worked in property for over 20 years and deal with literally dozens of agencies and 100s if not 1,000s of agents and I really consider Candy to be the best ! No job was too big or small for her, she was super responsive and possesses a can do attitude that makes any buyer know that his or her purchase is in safe hands.
