My partner and I have rented with Dexters for 3 years and in that time James Brignell has been our Property Manager. He has been fantastic in dealing with an Property issues we experienced, very responsive to emails and in a timely manner. He always went above and beyond to have any issues rectified and was a pleasure to deal with. We would have no problem renting with Dexters again and it was very beneficial having the property managed by the agents.

We sold our flat through Dexters and I was very impressed with Simon and his team. From the initial valuation till the day we completed I was really impressed with the service. They always kept us in the loop with regular updates, they dealt with every hurdle quickly and professionally. In the world of online estate agents, high street agents really need to up their game. I feel Simon and his team did exactly that and fully justified their fee! I would have no problems recommending them or using them again.

We rented a flat with dexters and for 4 years we never had a problem with them they are a great team any issues with the flat was resolved straight away from the beginning to the end of the tenacy. We definitely recommend this state agency as with them you can expect a helpful response, professional team members with a very friendly approach that will run the extra mile to make sure that there clients expectations are overcome! I had a terrible experience with another agent when I first let out my property. I moved to Dexter’s, the process of doing so was made very simple and they didn’t charge me any fees, because the other agency had just done so. As a landlord, while it is vital the letting agent not only quickly secures suitable tenants and realistic rent, it is also imperative they keep on top of any issues and keep the landlord informed.
