Following a lack lustre experience with a previous estate agent, Dexters completely pulled it out the bag and went through the process about how to sell my property - from understanding the buyer demographics, to thinking about different strategies to gain an interested buyer. Well it paid off and within two weeks we found our buyers. I want to thank Simon, Gabriel, and Verity specifically for their support, regular check ins, and quick responses as they walked us through the whole process and how they got things moving swiftly.

Verity did a brilliant job of liaising with the buyers and their solicitors during the sale process. She worked tirelessly to ensure everything progressed, despite some challenging times. She was well supported by Gabriel. Yllnora was also very helpful and efficient when my first sale fell through and a new buyer needed to be found. Within 36 hours, she communicated effectively with both myself and the new buyer and we were able to agree a sale price as a result.

We had a very positive experience buying with Dexters. After an initial couple of viewings of things not quite right for us Megan made sure we found about suitable properties right away and was great on viewings. Especially liked having 30min slots for second viewings and through the conveyancing process has been regularly keeping us up to date. Update 09/22 - following exchange, an update to say how Dexters, in particular Verity, continued to provide excellent service and communication through the process of surveys, enquiries etc. Ours took a little while due to issues up chain which were not down to Dexters but they kept us up to date throughout.

We recently completed our first property purchase through Dexters. A special mention goes to both Oli & Verity who worked tirelessly to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Verity was always on hand to help with any questions we had on the process and we really appreciated her support. Oli was very accommodating when we wanted a second (and third) viewing and always responded promptly to any queries we had. Highly recommend Dexters after getting me through what turned out to be a difficult sales process (due to external factors/delays with third parties as I was selling a flat). Megan Manning secured me a buyer at quite a difficult time for flat sales, and when things got tough towards the end, she was absolutely committed to keeping things moving and was very proactive in solving any problems. Verity Chaplin was also very helpful in keeping lines of communication open with the buyer, and always doing what she could to reassure everyone involved. Excellent levels of communication from Dexters throughout which I really appreciated. They will always answer the phone or come straight back to you, not the case with everyone you may deal with in a property selling process!

From first contact with Simon we were impressed by the friendly professionalism and good local market knowledge. Cos and his team delivered an amazing viewing schedule (and the neighbours were most impressed, too). We had a prolonged sale as result of coming in after the stamp duty relief (we think) and because of the general market craziness of 2021. Regardless, Dexters always managed to get people through the door and managed to secure us a buyer that we're really pleased to be passing the property on to. At the end of the transaction they really came into their own to get us over the line in a very stressful transaction; someone further up the chain added another property on the day of exchange! They managed to keep our buyer's confidence, push the top to exchange, and ultimately get us over the line. Thanks to all the team involved, and in particular Gabriel who has acted in the best interests of both us and our buyer throughout.
