I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My partner and I recently began our rental search as our current landlord is selling, and the experience with Dexters has been outstanding from the start. We were connected with Connor, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. From the initial enquiry call right through to the offer stage, everything has felt smooth, professional, and genuinely personalised. Connor’s approach is a refreshing change from the typical letting agent, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel supported every step of the way, rather than just rushing us through the process, he also had great banter which I think is so needed during the stressful time of trying to find a home! Connor is a real asset to the Dexters team. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that our offer is accepted, but regardless, we’ll definitely continue our search with Dexters. Thank you, Connor!

Absolute dream. We worked with Connor while looking for a dog friendly rental in London and it was such an easy and streamlined process that it's actually changed by opinion on working with estate agencies. He took time to get to know us and what we needed as tenants, keeping an eye on the market and informing us as soon as anything suitable came up. Phoned to enquire about 4 different properties listed on their website. All 4 have apparently "recently accepted offers" despite none of them being listed as "under offer" on Dexter's website. Megan told me the sellers asked Dexters to keep the properties as available in case their agreed upon sales fell through. As a buyer, it is a complete waste of my time looking at properties that aren't actually available and that have already been sold. How am I meant to work with an agency that displays a complete lack of regard for its clients or their time? Buying a home is usually a significant decision in the purchasers life. Being dishonest from the outset is not a good way of establishing trust and this makes it almost impossible to use Dexters for my property search. I would advise sellers to bear that in mind when making the decision about who they want representing them and the buyers they are potentially losing out on as a result. I'm am sure that Megan is an excellent agent and I hope that one day she wakes up to the unscrupulous practices Dexter's employ and recognises that these are actually detrimental to hers and her clients relationships and (as a result) her long-term interests.

Recently sold my house through Dexters, Simon, Megan and Verity were great throughout. The initial marketing materials were fantastic; the photographer did a good job of presenting the house in the best possible way and this certainly helped significantly with getting many viewings on day 1. The proactive marketing from Megan was the key reason why the house sold after 1 viewing day and Vertiy was exemplary in her management of the process from initial offer to exchange. They made what is usually a stressful time for most people actually feel very enjoyable.
